The rooms and the facility was very clean. The breakfast was good; would like to see some more options added to the menu but the coffee was wonderful. The grounds were clean and free of debris. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel as it was quiet, and was out of the town setting yet close by to any attractions that you are searching for. We plan to return in the spring and have already booked our next visit with this hotel.

The only thing that I could suggest is more lighting in the parking areas and in the hallway between the lower deck rooms. I was at my vehicle early in the morning and I did not see someone that was standing right next to my car. Just took me by surpise as I did not see them. The breakfast is good but would like to see some hot options added to the menu such as bagels.

My stay at the Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Niagara Falls was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location is great — about a 20-minute drive from the main park, which is very convenient if you have your own car.

The only thing I would suggest improving is the breakfast. It could use a bit more variety, as the same items are served every day and the area to grab breakfast is a bit small. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay near the Falls.

The entire property looked like it was recently renovated and it shows. The money was worth it as it looked nice top to bottom, inside and out. I told the manager about the noise and he gave us a room that was much more quiet and it helped a lot. He was also kind enough to print out information on local activities in the area which we used. His professionalism and kindness was greatly appreciated.

The insulation between floors is not enough. By using hard floors, I could hear someone walking around above our floor and so I could not sleep. Should have sprung for more sound insulation and in doors too.

Our room was clean and we slept comfortably. The guy who checked us in, he was friendly and courteous.

The lady staff in the morning when we checked out. No "good morning" or "thank you". She just asked "are you checking out? do you need the receipt? Ok, you're good to go." She's cold and distant.

Scott who handles the main reception and the breakfast is super. Helped us understanding and figuring out the places to visit. Free parking and wifi worked well. The staff is very helpful. Ordering food from their tie up restaurants also makes things easy

The location is difficult - far away from the falls and major attractions. The breakfast is filling but might not appeal to everyone. Pancakes are machine made and boiled eggs were cold - so mainly juice, coffee, toast and preserves, breakfast cereal are the main items.

it was clean, and the beds were comfy and a very good location, would definitely recommend to people looking to stay in a nice hotel but not in the middle of niagara surrounded by other buildings and such

breakfast wasnt anything special but it was still free so i can’t complain too much. the only thing i was disappointed with was we had a booking for 4 people but were only given 2 towels

The staff was nice ,the pool was decent and open late so when we got in the kids enjoyed it before going to rest. For overnight stay it was good. The area was okay. Lots of stores and restaurants not to far away and traffic was ok. 20 mins from Niagara Falls State Park not to bad.

The pool could have just a little more lighting and the floor in the room I believe needed a little more clean feet got dirty way to quick when we weren't there that long yet. You can hear the neighbors a lot as well.

Room could have been a bit bigger. They charged me $100 after I check out as they I thought someone smoked inside the room . They took off the charge after I complained and explained that nobody in my family smokes. They were quite professional about it. Took a few days for the reversal. I could have done without the hassle.

The room was spacious and the little kitchenette was perfect to get groceries and not have to worry about eating out - I was pleasantly surprised with the kitchenette! The pool was perfect temperature and cooling off after a long day. Days Inn’s across the US and Canada can be hit or miss, but I was pleasantly surprised with this one!

Not one of the greatest continental breakfasts out there and the hotel was busy, so there were line-ups and the lobby isn’t quite designed for chaos. The pool doesn’t open until 11am - which I understand from a noise perspective, but I wanted to catch a swim before we headed home and wasn’t able to. Not a big deal though!

The staff was friendly and provided lots of helpful information during check-in. Our room was clean and well-organized. You'll need a car to get around, but it's not a major issue since it's not too far from restaurants and downtown Niagara.

While the bed was a tad on the smaller side, it wasn't anything that would detract from a short stay of a night or two.
