When we arrived at the hotel Mr.jonathan helped us get perfect room for our family because we booked the wrong room. And miss chaya and Mr Robert were very helpful with everything. They told us about the attractions nearby prepared the breakfast amazing..helping us what ever we need during our stay.. they were really making our stay comfortable and unforgettable..feels like home ..it's was like we took our home on vacation with us..that is why we decided to extend few more days there.. thankx for having us..

There is nothing we didn't like about the staff or about the hotel..it was all amazing..

I stayed here after a long road trip from Boston, the staff were absolutely amazing, hands down the best I've ever experienced. I can't remember his name but the gentleman at reception couldn't be more helpful. He gave me soo many recommendations of things to do and see around Niagara, talked about the history and even printed me out directions. If you're the gentleman reading this, thank you, you were absolutely brilliant and I really do appreciate your time! Next time I'm visiting Niagara, I WILL be staying at the Microtel Inn!!

The location, friendliness of the staff, and overall customer service were exceptional. It felt like 5 star service. Even went above and beyond and gave tips for travelling in Canada when asked a simple question about paying for the rainbow bridge

The room's furnace smelled old and gross at first, and the breakfast could've been a little bit better. I still would recommend overall as positives far outweigh the negatives.

Pleasantly surprised with the variety of the breakfast options. Staff very accommodating and friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable. Everything in the room was in working order. The folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Parking is mostly behind the building, so I felt my care was in a safe location. Conveniently located to the outlet mall, and just a short drive to the State Park.

The breakfast area is a little small. Bathroom in our room was also a bit small, but not too bad. While I knew this was going to be the case, I was still disappointed that there is no cleaning service during our stay. The hotel prices in Niagara Falls are terribly inflated at this time of the year. I guess I was hoping for more for $500 for a weekend stay. However, I would stay here again.

We loved our room. The beds weregret one thing that sets this motel. Apart from the others is the gentleman who helped us. When we arrived, he was outstanding, he made us feel so warm. Read it us like we were family and that we knew each other. I would recommend that gentlemen to your company. To get a raise for a good mist of he does for all of you..

The staff was very friendly and did whatever they could to make us stay enjoyable.

We were concerned that our handicap room was on the third floor. And the case of fire, we could not have used the steps to reach safety. Also, if help was needed for health issues, we also were concerned about how we would be taken out of the establishment to the hospital.

The location is nice being that we were vacationing for the falls. The rooms have a modern appearance and were functional for what we needed.

We didnt know that room service was to be requested by us as we needed until we saw a sign for it, to request room service at the front desk. No big deal as we were only staying two nights. But just used to it being customary that they replace the towels and change the garbage everyday you stay. That wasnt done. Otherwise it was a good stay.

The staff were helpful and recognized opportunities to improve my stay, like storing my bags before check-in, a luggage trolley and letting me check food packaging for allergens. I felt safe in the neighborhood.

It was a long distance from the falls. Buses were available, but not always reliable. I would have preferred drawers instead of low shelves that needed too much bending to see into them. I kept my clothes on the spare bed instead.
