Friendly and personable owner/staff. Had car problem and needed to replace fuel pump, so I had to get a car rental, and book a second night's stay, which I arranged with owner while car was being repaired, Yes, it's an older property, but room was pleasant, and bed was more comfortable than I expected. Hot shower. Room was clean, wall air conditioner worked well to keep room comfortable for sleeping - it was a hot day when I travelled initially from Canada. The next day there was some humidity, but was a rainy day. I had a room at the far back of property, and no issues with other travellers, and I certainly kept some odd hours, but felt comfortable to come and go to my room as required. I noticed it was much busier the next night, but by then it was the weekend and they were much fuller in the parking lot with people staying than the previous night. So, very pleased with my choice of booking - not the Four Seasons, but very clean, affordable, and within my budget, and close to shopping areas, and like a 10-minute drive to the casino. Found my way around well with car GPS, I have other trips planned to go stateside soon, next time with the friend who was to accompany me this time (misplaced passport unfortunately, so I ended up travelling alone), but will soon be staying with them again. Used bar fridge for bottled water and some small food item purchases. Didn't bother with TV or pool, and very satisified. More than met my needs. 66-year-old female senior/traveller.

Well, a personal coffee machine would be nice, but this was a motel, so not expected or included. Lots of places close by to pick up a coffee. Microwave in room, however, only tried to use once, and told management/owner it wasn't working. She said, they would definitely look into. Would have been nice to warm up one coffee I brought back with me, but not a deal breaker. I'm sure it'll be fine next stay.

The room was very clean. It was very comfortable that we felt like we were in a 5 star hotel. Very close to attractions and outstanding place where we felt safe and like we were in our home. I will recommend my family and friends to stay there should they plan to visit Niagara Falls, NY.

We stayed in room 19 and it was very clean and as pictured in Booking. The air conditioning worked well, the water pressure from the shower was amazing, and you can park right in front of the room which I love. The pool was also very clean but the water was freezing. Lastly, it’s a short 15 minute drive to the falls so for us the location was good.

I did not like that the front office door was locked and that’s where the ice maker is located. Plus the tourist flyers are in the office so it’s inconvenient to get. Lastly, it seemed part of the hotel is being used for people to live in which seems sketchy to me.

The ice machine is in the main entrance where u check in and it's not open all night they have the door locked after a certain time and u have to ring a bell outside for someone to come to the door for u to tell them what you need they should have their main entrance open 24/7 or at least put ice machine where you can access it 24/7

The room I stayed in was renovated, which was nice. It was a clean room, & having the fridge and microwave was a plus! The staff were very friendly. The parking lot is big and the pool looked clean but unfortunately the weekend I was there it was too cold so I didn't get to go in. Overall, I had a decent stay.

Unfortunately, the beds & the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. I did not have a proper sleep because of it.

The property was clean, sheets were clean and the bathroom clean. No extras but the location was excellent. The building is old and needs some surface touch ups but for the price perfect. Dunkin’ Donuts next door for breakfast. I plan on a winter visit and will definitely stay here.

Polite staff, early check-in. Everything is clean, trash cans are changed every day. They suggest vacuuming.

The mattress moves on the bed, you need to constantly adjust it. The price (not justified) is much more expensive than in Washington.

The owners are very friendly, ask if the room is ok do we need anything. When we needed more toilet paper they went and got another one right away even when we said dont need it right away. The Ac works great it keeps the room very cool on the hot days. The pool and pool area was very clean. I highly recommend this place. Lastly the pricing is reasonable.😊

It was a very reasonable price. The manager/owner was very helpful explaining about touring the town. What to see and how to best use our vacation time.

The tub finish was not up to par, and the water handles were less than satisfactory. The cold water handle didn't work properly.

Our room was really clean, when we walked in you could smell some cleaning products (which I find as a good sign). The beds were really comfortable. Water had good pressure in the shower.
