The pool was clean and spacious, placed in the middle of the propert. They upgraded us from two quuens and a safe sleeper to a suite with two queens and another room of for a queen bed so we could be next to family who also had a two queen room (all under the same reservation... parents and theor two grown kids with their families. 6 adults 3 kids total. Beds were comfortable, only two pillows per bed, so each person got one pillow. We probably should have asked the desk if there were more pillows available, but we didn't. The bathrooms look they're been remodeled, and the water pressure was awesome. They had soap bars and combined shampoo/conditioner packets. Shampoo and conditioner 2 in 1 worked good. We Doordashed dinner and adult beverages to the motel rooms. If we'd wanted to drive there was a tops, target, dollar tree down the street we could have driven to maybe five minutes away but we were being lazy and didn't want to drive, or walk around in the stores, going to restaurants. We door dashed wings from duffs and pizza from buzzys. Both were very good, highly recommended. Owners were friendly and live on site, after hours, you just buzz the alarm and they come from their apartment off the office. There was lots of security lighting and cameras for surveillance. We felt safe at the property. The parking lot was not dark. We were nervous because one of our family members had viewed a negative post from someone who works in the hotel field... thinking he must have been awful rude and entitled, belittling to the owners. We had a great experience and will return again. It was nice to relax at the end of the night and outside our rooms and talk to each other after getting out of the pool and enjoying our dinner. Parking for vehicles was right outside your door and the other occupants that we interacted with were all nice, there was no riff raff. Looking outside the back windows you saw a fence.

Just one pillow per person, again we could have asked if we could get more but didn't so that's on us.

Location was fine and not far from the falls. Small parking lot. Bed was really comfortable. No traces of bugs. (I answered no to the romantic question, because when I think of somewhere romantic, I think more of a Hotel. This place could be a “romantic” spot. It’s truly depends on how you make it. 🥰) For us we booked months in advice and Niagara Falls was our halfway point to our destination. Seeing Niagara Falls and having a decent place to crash was a bonus to our vacation.

Walls don’t have much insulation, could hear the neighbors every move. Our friends left shortly before us and left something in their room. So we was going to get it and there was no attendant at the front desk, but a note on the door to call a number. We did twice and no answer. No breakfast. Other motels I’ve stayed at, at least had an attendant on grounds, at all time and there was a bowl with bananas, oranges, and apples, plus a small fridge with juices. Whether in the room or by the front desk.

From check in to check out the hotel was great and the service was superb, I believe her name was Mary (I apologize if I'm wrong) was friendly and helpful. I was there for college orientation for my daughter and it was close to the school, shopping, and restaurants. The room was clean, the shower had the best water pressure I've had in a hotel in a long time. My only regret is I didn't book fast enough to get this hotel for parents weekend.

The motel was very quaint and cozy. The location was excellent! Only a 10 minute drive to the Falls and close to anything else you could need. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We had to make a last-minute change and they did so without making a fuss. We liked the nostalgia of actually using a real key to get in the room instead of a plastic card. We truly appreciated the personal feel of this property. Would definitely stay again.

I like that it was close to everything so I didn't have to drive if I wanted a coffee from a certain spot everything's local and then there's an optional way to the falls which makes it even better you ain't got to go down the parkway you could literally just follow the road straight down and you'll end up by if it's rainbow Street come the back way without all the traffic it's pretty awesome management and staff were great you could tell they take pride in their establishment when we come back we'll definitely book again

There was nothing I didn't like it was great

Small " mom and pop" type motel near Niagra Falls. Easy check.in using the file card method. Room was small but had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Cleanest room I have ever had!!! You can hear your neighbors but after 10pm everyone seemed to.settle in and it was quiet. Highly recommend this motel unless you need good internet connection. Excellent value in a great location.

the WiFi is awful, they offered two sign-in \passwords but neither would last for more than 15 seconds. That is the only negative to the stay and the reason I did not give a perfect score.

I didn’t expect a motel to be such great quality! Everything was excellent — the room was very cute, with comfortable mattresses and soft pillows, plus clean, white towels.

The only thing I would suggest is to clean the air conditioner, as I noticed a smell while it was working. But that might just be me, since I’m very sensitive to odors.

The location was perfect. Close to shopping, restaurants and 15 minutes from the Falls. Staff was very friendly. Pool was added plus for the children. AC and TV worked wonderful, and my oh my the water pressure in the shower was amazing!

Pillow was a little hard for me but my husband loved it! Parking lot is a little tight but manageable once we realized there was a specific entrance and a specific exit. Bed was slightly springy but not terrible.

Room and amenities were pretty basic, but clean, comfortable and well maintained. I always travel with a coffee maker for early AM coffee, so having no coffee service in the room was no problem. I did see several other guests out foraging for early coffee. I offered some of mine, but they politely declined. Having a chair outside the door with an ashtray is one of the most considerate things I have ever seen. As a smoker, I'm used to being exiled to a distant location or having to smoke in the car. Mary, the owner, was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The cleanliness of this motel was impeccable. The rooms smelled of disinfectant, the bed comforters were washed not oily, the bathrooms did not show signs of covered mold, the floors did not turn my socks black. The outside was clean and manicured, not messy and old looking. The pool was not just beautiful, but it was clean and not overly chemical. The biased expectation of a "motel" is it is old school, run down and dirty. The Moonlite Motel was far from this. Better than any commercial branded hotel I've stayed in -- and as a frequent business flier I have frequented plenty. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to our particular needs. The property felt cozy and secluded, yet was right in the middle of town so easy to get to stores, restaurants and key attractions.

There was a small issue with managing water temperature in the shower, but once you were aware of the issue, it was easy to control.
