Beds are very tall, little bit of concern for toddlers and very young children or people with mobility issues.

My coffee service was not prepared. No coffee cups, just lids, no regular coffee packets, 1 decaf that was partially open, 1 napkin stirrer packet that was opened and used by the previous customer. The coffee pot needed cleaned inside the water reservoir which I did myself. I let the desk know about it and it was corrected the next morning. It appeared the floor needed swept also but I didn’t report that to the desk.

We loved the location as it was 2 miles from Niagra Falls and the border to Canada. The beds & pillows were so comfortable, I wish I had taken a picture of the brand of the pillow.

The only thing I didn’t like was the room smelled of a musty pet odor. I recommend the carpets be cleaned frequently or just replace them with tile. Once we turned the AC on, the smell subsided for the most part. It didn’t bother us enough to ask to move to another room. We would definitely still come back to stay. The breakfast was okay,they could use some more options but overall it was clean and good.

Check in was very easy and the front desk attendant was amazing. Grounds were clean!

I was double charged for my room. I had spoken to the manager who stated they issued a refund. When i called back a few times to check on the when i would receive it the employee working that day during the morning could not of been more rude. Spoke to me with such disregard and continued to be rude during the whole conversation. I then tried to call back. I was put on hold and no one returned. I never received the refund.

Staff was wonderful very accommodating. Room clean, beds awesome.

Way too much chlorine in the pool. Ruined my bathing suit. Very very loud in there. Need more waffle makers in the morning. We didn’t get to make any as it got past 10am. Loud upstairs neighbors and we got called on by front desk. It wasn’t us. Thought a pound on the door was scary and uncomfortable. We were on the 3rd floor listening to jumping around all night to have the person on the 2nd floor complain about us. I told the desk agent who knocked on my door it’s from upstairs.

For breakfast- less one-use plastic, please. Good space in the room which we appreciate well. We loved how clean it was. We loved the warm ambiance and service. The hotel is located in a good place, making it accessible to many places. We loved the fact of having a hotel that is pet-friendly. We love our pet and it was good having it with us.

The elevator wasn't working when we arrived, but it was fixed soon.

The location was great as it was right on Niagara Falls Blvd which gave us access to the local trolley to get to and from the Falls area. The indoor pool was great for kids breakfast was free and decent start to each day.

The place wasn't looking its best. You can tell it showing it is age, but nothing was a safety hazard

Kendra was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and professional! She made me feel at home before I even got to the room! I hope she gets recognized for being awesome! Room was comfortable as well.

Pool wasn't clean and the carpets were very dirty. It made me feel like the hotel might be dirty ya know?

You can tell this Laquinta has been recently updated. It was very modern, clean, and up-to-date. The breakfast was small compared to other LaQuintas we've been to. There was still a decent variety of options though. We were only here for 2 days. The main reason we booked a LaQuinta is because of their AMAZING pet policy!!! We have a Husky and a lab mix. We choose to travel with our dogs because one of them is blind and needs 4 different meds for health issues. It's so hard to find hotels with great pet policies, that don't charge an arm and a leg for a pet fee!! The double queen with couch room was plenty big enough for our family of 3 and the 2 dogs. This specific location has a small grass strip area behind the hotel where we could take our dogs to potty. The beds and pillows were firmer. Honestly, the pillows were horrible. Rock hard! I was almost tempted to go get a cheap $10 pillow at Walmart because it would've been more comfortable. We didn't have time to use the pool, but my husband did use the basic workout room and was disappointed in how much equipment was broken and couldn't be used. We drove to Niagara Falls state park and walked into Canada for the day. The drive wasn't bad at all. There are also plenty of stores and restaurants close to the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. They made things convenient and easy to figure out when we would have an issue.

Pool was down and that was a huge problem. We didn't find out until we got there and so we had to switch hotels the next day. The waffle maker at breakfast was not a great thing seeing how the hotel was full and no rooms available so the line was very long.
