Check in was close to flawless and 5 minutes. Excellent place for relaxing, great business overnight events, memorable weddings, and for my family! Breakfast team Amber and Amber were pleasant, kind, and offered a yes we can approach to my kid requests. AGM, Mrs.Sandford, is a fantastic problem solver and super approachable. Wonderful to work with, and helped our family enjoy Niagara Falls much better. Note: RoomKey worked 1st time, each time!! We stayed 5 days. Pool area was clean, each time we used it. Parking was plentiful, and 10/Day. Interesting: Hospitality Resort. Future 4 star? The computers were ready to use, and printed the first time, each time. Resort Group. Offer an ice cream exclusive bar, only at nighttime. 10 dollars a head. Perry Ice Cream exclusive flavor for this Resort.

We liked this Resort experience. Keep more monies inside this resort by offering more presentable items on shelves, a 4 star remodel approach. Consider "showing" KID food choices to go. (A table to show families what to get. Maybe a star on a popular kid food choice.) Consider investing in newer beds for queen rooms. Consider a timed checklist for pool towels.

We thought the king bed was very comfortable. The suite bathroom was great. All of the staff was extremely nice and helpful.

We did open the pull out and the sheets had blood stain on them. We called the front desk and they were great and took the dirty sheets and gave us new ones. He also gave us a voucher for the breakfast buffet which we thought was so nice. We went to the buffet and the staff was great. But, if I was paying $18.95 for what we got I would have been very mad. The buffet was like the free buffet you get at other hotels.

The room was perfect for me to spend the time I needed to concentrate on the topics of the convention i was attending. The room was clean and spacious, with adequate drawers and storage areas to store my clothes etc. The bathroom, shower and sink area were very clean and most of all the Bed was big and comfortable. However, the real bonus for me was having a room on the 8th floor with an excellent view of the Niagara River.

There were times when the hall traffic was a bit noisy but it was expected when many travelers arrive at the same time from a tour or stopover. Not a big issue for me to be concerned about.

This Hotel was a perfect location. As someone coming from Ontario it's just 7-10 mins after the border. Close to all the things we came to se and do. The staff at this location was exceptionally pleasant. Always smiling and friendly to me and my family especially my children. The pool room with all the other games was a great way to keep my kids entertained while at the hotel. I would definitely stay there again and am planning a return in June. Highly reccomend.

The only thing I would have to say is the mattress were not the greatest but sleeping wasn't a problem. Maybe I'm just used to a stiffer mattress.

The river view was beautiful spot on. Was the main reason we went to this hotel and rented this room. Bathroom bathtub With the jet amazing, Shower was very nice, Huge. I love the counter area with the 2 chairs for seating and eating our meals. The bed was quite comfortable, sitting In the bed you actually see the water from your bed. Very nice. The pictures you see On site is exactly how the room was. The room was very neat and clean. The room features a microwave and a refrigerator. Even the bar area and dining exceptional. A wonderful water view Even in this area. Very calming, relaxing. Sorry I didn't take any photos of that Area. This is the spot to be in. No it is not walkable to most anything. There was a couple of pizza shops, a 711 store Across the street, but really you need to have a car.... But upon leaving the hotel if you make a right continue on to buffalo avenue you will run into Niagara falls boulevard Which has all the shopping, eateries Maybe like a 6 minute drive.

The view was amazing. The cleanliness of the room was great and location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. Have already recommended to someone else traveling to the area since we left. Would stay again if back in the area.

The value of the room seemed a little steep. Wasn't a fan of having to pay to park, pay for breakfast and pay an additional $100 deposit on arrival. The only complaint about the room was the beds seemed outdated and not very comfortable. You could feel the springs in your back.

The Jacuzzi and walk in shower was really nice. We also had a river view which was amazing. The room also had a nice little kitchenette.

We moved the sofa closer to the TV to watch a movie. In doing so we noticed debris and food under the couch as if it hadn't been swept under in a very long time. My Reservation said my parking was included with the total payment. I even showed the receptionist my order saying so, but I was told it's not and that's just how it was worded.

The staff was amazing!!! So helpful and pleasant to deal with. I was there for my boyfriends birthday and everyone just really helped me make his day special. The room was good, but a bit small. All in all I am very very pleased with my stay. I will be back for sure.

This was my second time at the property and the hot water never really gets hot. It gets like warm. Also although the staff was very helpful, the rates could have been better I am from Canada and I paid almost 900 ( Because the rate changed). It was on a booking app so I am unsure how much control the resort had but otherwise I honestly Love this place.

-Always a great price for the area -clean -cheapest parking around ($10 per car) -decent amenities -friendly, helpful staff -bar and restaurant on-site -5-10 minute drive to the falls/tourist attractions/Canada -GET A RIVERVIEW ROOM!!! The view of the river and bridge are fantastic! -nice little riverside promenade with a large yard area and firepit in the summer(watch for goose poop lol)

-pool is "heated" but in the winter months, it's like swimming in the Niagara River -elevators are a little sus, the left one doesn't level correctly, and they both take ages to come -breakfast is offered at a cost, no continental. The selection for the price is meh. It's not more than a continental breakfast for like $15 a person

The space was great. I loved being on the river.

The hotel needs more sound proofing. We ate in the dinning room Saturday night. There was also a party in the adjoining banquet hall, it was very loud. The staff tried to accommodate our need for quiet, but it was stiff very loud. Also, when we checked in we specifically requested housekeeping services for Sunday morning. Housekeeping never showed, we had to go to the front desk for towels.
