The room was impeccably clean, providing a fresh and comfortable environment from the moment I arrived. Convenient Stairs: The hotel is a two-level establishment. My room was on the second level, and I appreciated that the stairs were short and easy to navigate, making it hassle-free to access my room. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast that includes a variety of items such as toast, butter, jam, coffee, juice, waffles, yogurt, fruit, and muffins. This was a great way to start my day with a decent selection of breakfast options. There is plenty of parking available both in the front and back of the hotel. I chose to park in the back, which was very close to my room, making it easy to load and unload my luggage. The hotel provides useful amenities like an ice maker and a coffee machine in the room, even though I didn't use the coffee machine during my stay. These small touches add to the overall convenience. Kim's Exceptional Service: Kim, a staff member, was incredibly responsive and helpful. When I had an issue with the sheets in my room, she immediately replaced them. Her warm smile and positive attitude made a significant impact on my overall experience. She was attentive and accommodating throughout my entire stay.

The quality of the furniture was just okay, serving its purpose but lacking a sense of luxury or comfort. The lighting in the room was not as bright as I would have liked, making it feel a bit dim, especially during the evenings. The air conditioning unit in the room was not very effective, and despite it being a cold and rainy day, the room didn't reach a comfortable temperature. On one particularly cold night, I decided to turn on the heating, but it emitted a smell like something was burning, which was concerning. I had to turn it off immediately, leaving the room cold and uncomfortable. Although there was a coffee machine in the room, I didn't end up using it. It would have been nice if there were some complimentary coffee pods or a better explanation on how to use it effectively.

The room was larger than I expected. The place was pleasant. Always space to park the car… the breakfast was correct for the price and the place.

The toilet was not clean on the top back (I cleaned it!). I let the window opened during the night because I cannot sleep with the A/C, and people didn’t care if you were still sleeping at 5:30AM, talking just under the window…a car alarm went off also…

Location was perfect, it was 9min from Niagara Falls. The free breakfast was fair, it was a basic breakfast that consist of waffles, yogurt, toasted bread, juice, or coffee. Bathroom was clean that was a plus . Property had a lot of parking available. It was near restaurants and shopping centers about 12-15min out .

Room I stayed in smelled of urine . Nothing a little febrezee couldnt fix , but it lingered. It was dusty in some areas like window curtains, and lamps .

We liked the clean rooms and the free parking on the property. We enjoyed the breakfast that was available. We were able to drive to Niagara Falls in under 10 minutes as well.

The rooms don’t block noise and we could hear other people talking. We also didn’t like that some people don’t respect the rules of not smoking in rooms. Check in was a little rough but we still made it through.

Super friendly accommodating staff they let us check in early because we were going to the Buffalo bills game and had the cleaning attendant start cleaning our room priority so we could get ready. If not for that, we would’ve been late to the game, so we were very appreciative.

Got the spa room tub two jets were broken but it was still usable and pleasant to soak in after a long cold game

It was clean and comfortable. I didn't need staff much but when I did they were very friendly,helpful and greeted me very nicely. The breakfast was good too they even have a waffle iron so you can make waffles.

The plug I used for my phone charger was not great it was a little big so my charger was not connected correctly and my phone didn't charge all night. But I found one that worked and was able to charge it enough before I had to leave

It is not expensive, good location, close to Niagara Falls, enough space for family of 4 in the 2-queen sized beds room. Tv, wi-fi, conditioner +++. Polite staff. Many towels in bathroom and also all the supplies. Worth the price!

Dirty curtains, not best cleaning, but ok. As they say, breakfast is complimentary, so there are some cereals, milk, tea, coffee, juice and the waffle machine, which is so popular that we stood in a line for half an hour 🤣

The staff gave us a great explanation of how to get a free bus ride and told us exactly where and when to catch a bus to Niagara Falls Park. The room and grounds were clean and comfortable, breakfast had a nice variety of foods, including waffles.

If you're into watching TV, there's no Netflix or streaming.

three things I didn’t like and need to addressed by hotel management: 1) insufficient light inside room even in day time . only three wall hang poor light and one is not working out of those three. Hotel Management must replace the more powerful light bulb/source and install more light bulb in four corners of the room . Room # was 104. 2) Insufficient number of power wall socket and all wall socket are very loose . Plugs don’t hold tightly , hardly can use . It looks that an overhaul/maintenance work done in hotel but old electric power points inside the room were not replaced with new one . 3) Poor breakfast items.

Walls were a little thin. Bathroom was small. They served breakfast, but it was very crowded so we ended up going out for breakfast. It seemed weird that I could only book the room on this site. You couldn’t call the hotel directly and book.
