The bed was comfortable The breakfast was good. The manager was very nice and sweet! The Location made it easy to find and gave good access to finding attractions and food. The room was clean.

This has nothing to do with the property, the town of Niagra Falls is really old and it shows. I would think that a tourist trap like this would be in much better repair seeing that millions of dollars are spent here every year. I suspect the city managers are not good stewards of the funds that come in through taxes. My assessment of this dirty little town may be harsh, but people from all over the world come to see the falls and I am sure they wonder why is everything so run down with so much money coming in.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were fluffy, and I wanted to take one home with me. However, I left it there for the next guest. The refrigerator and microwave were very clean.

The toilet was way too low. It needs to be in compliance with the Federal guidelines for people with disabilities. Check in time was 3 pm. Not good for someone that has traveled all day and would like to rest after the long drive. Then there was only one computer for check in, two people working on getting everybody checked in, there was a long line of people waiting their turn.

The location was great. Close to the airport, 20 min drive to the casino which is why we were visiting for a concert there. Area has every store and restaurant you want. Rooms were decent for 2 people. The bed isn’t a queen size more a full double. Comfortable. Pillows were good for my husband but too soft for me. Tv was a great size for the room. Ours had a pull out couch in it. Free parking. Free breakfast. Choices limited but for a quick meal on the room with coffee or juice it’s perfect. Check outs 11am.

Add some garbage cans on the outside of the building.

It was a comfortable stay for our one night there. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Not being familiar of the area, it was easy to find the place & on a main road, where it was easy to get to some shopping malls, store’s & restaurants. Breakfast was provided & was the average set up.

Upon entering the room, it had a weird odor—-almost like dirty hair. Maybe it was the carpet? It also wasn’t easy to operate the converter for simple local channels. Looks like they use the Amazon Fire Stick which is fine if you log into your app accounts?? We gave up after awhile. Was also a bit odd, that a possible employee was smoking weed right outside the entrance doors. I have nothing against anyone smoking weed, but perhaps they should have gone further into the parking lot to do that.

The staff were accommodating. My room was very comfortable. The handicapped parking was close and accessible. It was a pleasant stay overall.

Only two things. One, the Wi-Fi went down for a day and a half. Two, the breakfast was nothing to brag about. The eggs were powered and the sausages were rather leathery. The yogurt and fruit were a nice touch as well as the other amenities. Oh, and the TV didn't allow access to paying channels that we might have subscriptions to, and no channel guide either.

The staff were very sincere in providing excellent customer service, and had a high degree of professionalism - and this is despite the property being VERY busy. I appreciate this very much about the staff there.

The rooms are very small but that’s just based on the size of our group- 2 adults, 2 children and one dog. It was fine for us for an overnight stay and all slept comfortably.

Rooms are small. Stayed in double queen bed room but hardly had a space to open my suitcase and move around. No drawers Or shelf in the bathroom and no potatoes in breakfast Or no changes to it. Breakfast room gets crowded and had to eat standing for some time

Beds are super comfy, nice blankets. Decent area, buy some fast food and only 12 minutes from Niagra Falls State Park. We felt safe.

We were on the second floor and the whole floor was extremely hot. We had the AC on in our room but it was still warm. Also, the mini fridge worked but was not plugged in and had mold in it.

I’m very iffy about staying at hotels because I hate paying for a hotel that has great rating then when you arrive it’s disgusting and smells like mold , I truly prayed and asked God please don’t let this be another hotel with careless staff only there for the money and not the passion for their work and praise Jesus we arrived hotel didn’t smell like mold or damp basement the room was a little small but perfect seeing I’ve been on missionary trips and slept on dirt , the room was CLEAN the bed was CLEAN and trust me I go in and strip and check for hair reused sheets bed bugs I check it all and resanitize bathroom the comforter had a stain but it was embedded washed but their NO PROBLEM but good job the breakfast was set up nice I didn’t eat I grabbed coffee and bananas I’m also a chef so I go in and scope out the area for quality freshness and cleanliness , over all it was a pleasant stay and the young man at check in was very humble polite and friendly God bless you all and thank you also the nice older lady at morning check out was sweet thank you God bless you all great job❤️❤️
