Great location that was close to our family’s house. We requested to be in a quiet location of the hotel and the request was given. Very quiet and peaceful.

I know there had just been this huge storm that dumped a lot of snow so it’s not really their fault but the parking lot could have been better plowed or actually plowed at all. The only other things was a bunch of people I believe were a mix between staff and guests who knew each other were really loud while we were having breakfast . People screaming across the room, yelling and laughing as if no one else just wants some peace while they are having breakfast.Not a lot of courtesy extended to those of outside having to listen to whatever it was.We didn’t have a choice to Listen or not. They encompassed the whole dining area. Last thing was there was dirty wet bath towel hanging on the hook on the inside of the bathroom door. Grossed me out so much

Great friendly staff! Also appreciated the option of soft or firm pillows.

My only complaint regards the bathroom inside the room. It was decently clean at first glance but once I walked in there it smelled very harshly of urine. Another small issue was that the mini fridge wasn’t plugged in and I couldn’t move the dresser to get to a plug so I had to pull the fridge out and drag it across the room to plug it in.

The hotel is in a nice area. Lots of stores and restaurants. It's very clean and they have quiet hour so it's peaceful from 10p to 8a. The lady that was getting breakfast ready on Christmas day was so sweet! She was the only staff member who smiled and greeted us. She had a cute sparkly outfit.

The front desk staff members they all had a dog face, and no one smiled. They see you walking they don't even greet you. I was starting to leave thru the side doors just to avoid the front desk. The lady that was getting breakfast ready on Christmas morning should work the front desk instead. Even the housekeepers were so nice and smile they would greet us and say good morning. The front desk workers have no hospitality no good customer service, and they all had dog faces.

Linen and Robert in the kitchen are phenomenal. They do an amazing job! The manager was also wonderful and her staff is very friendly and helpful! The location is great for everything surrounding it and more!

It was hard to enjoy the breakfast and my stay when the first night I found some “unsettling guests” in our room. It was too last-minute to switch hotels, but the manager did her best and we appreciate that, had it not been for the workers from 11/11-11/14 we would have left.

Booked regular KING size room but was upgraded to KING suite with living area that had pull out sofa bed as well a the KING sized bed. Absolutely beautiful room.

Not many activities within walking distance and indoor pool is closed from like mid-December through I believe February - part of the reason of booking with an indoor pool is to be able to use it & go for a swim in the dead of winter.

I like how convenient it was not too far away from everything, staff was very friendly, very pet friendly my dog had a good time as did we.

I didn't like that they got my room wrong. I booked 2 king bedrooms with the jacuzzi spa it let me book it, but when we got there, the front desk said they only have one room like that, he didn't know how it let me book. Other than that, we had a good trip.

We liked the breakfast and the staff they all very nice.

The only one thing is that the key to the room a couple of times did not worked, so the staff every time have to manage this issue. I would say that the hotel is nice and mostly clean but who ever owns this property needs to refresh rooms, bathrooms little bit and special the pool.

Cleanliness, very friendly staff, close to attractions it’s a 15 minute ride to the Falls and Aquarium, the complimentary breakfast and 24 hour coffee and tea was phenomenal especially when arriving late or leaving early

The only true downside was that the walls are “thin” it doesn’t take much effort to hear your neighbors next door, upstairs, or out in the hallway

I liked that the guy at the front desk was the friendliest that i've ever encountered.. I can't remember his name but apparently he's there all the time.. The breakfast was the best ever.

That the furniture was ripped in our room. Need repairs. The bathroom was dirty the maids don't clean good enough in there. There was hair long hair everywhere. My husband has no hair and I have short hair ..

The staff are so friendly and the breakfast is great. The man who manages the breakfast is so friendly and will help you to find a table if the area for the breakfast is full. The bedrooms are clean and nice and the beds are comfortable. The housekeepers clean the room every day if you book more than night.
