I got a large suite room because it was the cheapest on Booking.com. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable, with a decent view. There were 6 pillows for a king bed, which was plentiful. Breakfast was pretty nice, and contained hot food (eggs, sausages/bacon) as well as the usual stuff (pancakes, juices, breads, spreads, milk, etc). The hot food sometimes changes (in my three breakfasts there, I saw omelets, scrambled eggs, sausages, and bacon; always one egg and one meat each day. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available 24 hours a day at the lobby. It is about 10 mins drive from the Niagara Falls State Park. With my own vehicle, it's better to stay here and drive to the state park parking lot than to stay in one of the overpriced hotels within walking distance of the falls.

This hotel was VERY NICE! We booked it based on the great reviews and they were spot on. Employees were very nice and always greeted us, the hotel was very clean and our room was so nice. It even had framed pictures of Niagara Falls on the walls in the room. Comfortable mattress, nice hot shower, closet for clothes etc. microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, blow dryer. Also you get free breakfast which was good and included eggs, bacon, cereals, breads, bagels, oatmeal, make your own waffles, fresh fruits, yogurts including Chobani, juices, muffins and more. In the evenings they have fresh made cookies in the front lobby (SO good) and they have 24hr coffee. They also have a small gift shop with some Niagara Falls stuff, plus snacks etc. This hotel was less than 15-minutes to the Niagara Falls State Park and a really easy route to get there (TIP, park in the lot at the state park its really close to the falls and everything. $15/day) ☆☆☆☆☆ 5-STARS and highly recommend this hotel, kudos to the manager & staff for doing such a great job !

Nothing we didn't like

The room was very clean, especially the bathroom. The breakfast was good and had variety. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is only a few minutes drive to all the attractions. They have 24 hour coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and lemon water in the lobby which is a nice touch, and while we were there they offered cookies in the lobby as well, and although we didn’t take advantage of that, I haven’t seen any other hotel do that. Overall very nice and would come back, pending their cleanliness ratings stay the same or improve.

One of the elevators wasn’t working during our stay, so although the wait for the elevator wasn’t long, still a minor inconvenience. Our stay was during the week but this may have been more of an issue on the weekend or during a holiday. I felt like the thermostat was weird like even if I set it to a certain temperature I felt like it got lower than what I set it at or stayed higher, maybe user error, but just seemed off. It was never an uncomfortable temperature in the room like too hot or too cold though, so not a concerning issue.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. We were there for a funeral and the room was ready before the 3pm check in and they allowed us to go in. This was such a pleasant experience as most hotels make you wait until that time. Breakfast was great. They were constantly refilling eggs and condiments. Coffee station was fully stocked at all times with tea and hot chocolate for kids. Beds very comfortable and the gym had one of every type of apparatus plus weights.

Everything was perfect.

The location was great! It was close enough to Niagara Falls and all it has to offer, but away from all the hubbub for the night. It was also close to some of our favorite restaurants, as well as factory outlets and grocery stores. We enjoyed the balance. Our room was clean and comfortable. The grounds around the hotel were well kept. The staff was generally friendly.

The breakfast area was very small and crowded. In regard to our room, we could hear people in the room next to us talking. There was a sweet perfume like smell throughout the hotel which was most likely a cleaning product or air freshener smell. Since we are sensitive to these types of cleaners, we had asked that our room not have any of those products used the night before our stay. Our room was fine with the AC going.

The staff was very friendly. We arrived really late at 3am & since we were all really tired it was nice that the check in was seamless, quick & the guy was really nice. The pool although small was really clean and we took our kids at night and they had it all to themselves. The location is great as it took us only about 10 mins to get to the falls.

The breakfast area is a bit too small and the choices were limited, so my family and I didn’t eat anything we just did tea, coffee and hot chocolate. They need a bigger space and to label the selection for those who have allergies. Our floor ice machine was not working and we had to go to another floor, which was not really a deal breaker.

It was clean and beds were very comfortable. Great complimentary breakfast. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast area needs to be larger…really small for the amount of people staying there. I didn’t like not having room cleaned daily…even if to only wipe down bathroom and change towels and bath mat. I like a clean bathroom and let’s face it…I’m on vacation and don’t want to clean a bathroom while I’m staying in a hotel.

Staff were polite and informed all the facilities. The room was neet and clean. Breakfast was just okky. Near to niagra falls, easy acess to city.

Great location to all tourist attractions. Staff was extremely polite and took care of all our needs. The maintenance man was prompt and very friendly. A nice hot breakfast each morning was a bonus. The room was huge and the bathroom was the biggest I've seen. Beds were comfy. The improvements look nice.

First night was a little rough with sheets and blankets that were stained, fridge that wouldn't work, a tub that was missing grommet so it wouldn't plug, and someone had stolen the hair dryer from the room. The hotel was under construction for improvements so during day hours that was a little loud. The pool was warm, but the water was cloudy.

From my first phone call to Marcy I was impressed with the efficiency and friendliness. Yolanda was very helpful when the rest of my family came in. Fred in the breakfast room made the mornings pleasant. The bed was comfortable and room very clean. Although we were there for a memorial celebration for my brother the staff made it a pleasant experience.
