The large room with the 3 beds plus a futon provided plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. There was a large trash can which came in very handy after we had pizzas delivered there for dinner. The proximity to Niagara Falls was one of the best things about this place as that is the reason we were even in the area. The young lady who greeted me at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service.

There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom and we had some very noisy neighbors, but that of course is not the fault of the hotel.

It was an older family motel. Definitely had the flavor of a 1950's motel. It had been maintained well. Liked the pink bathroom. The staff was very friendly and talked a lot. It was also a lot cheaper than the $350 going rates for things near the falls. Since I go to a Hotel to sleep and shower, I didn't care if I had a fancy room. The area it's located in is fine, and it's right on the route headed east from Buffalo to I90.

I really don't have any complaints. It's older, but I expected that. seeing it's a third the price of elsewhere, It worked for us just fine.

Good location; easy to find. Very short drive from everything. CLEAN. It’s the ugliest room I ever stayed in, but Damn that place was spotless and everything functioned properly!!!! (unit 11)

The room is UGLY!!! Nothing at all to look at. Ugliest room I ever stayed in. However, you can tell they take good care of the property. That place was SPOTLESS. I’ll take sanitary over look anyway. The bathroom was so clean it was almost weird. Lol like they hired someone with extreme OCD to clean. I’m grateful for that. Seriously, you could have drank the toilet water and been totally fine.

For a 2 star motel I was very satisfied with everything from the cleanliness of the room to the calm outside environment. The person I dealt with during my 5 day stay was an older man who went by the name of Jesse and he was very kind and friendly and very helpful with my initial questions I had upon arrival. All in all for the price,peace and quiet and the super convenient location I will definitely recommend this motel too anyone looking for great value and simplicity.

The only negative I can think of is not really a big deal more of head's up about remembering that this motel is located in a somewhat wooded area between Wheatfield and the falls which means keep an eye out for skunks!

The room was nice. The layout was great. Bathroom was a good size. Great price and very clean and we felt safe there. Would stay there again for sure.

The plugs were so worn out that we had a hard time plugging our phones in to charge overnight. The location was a little further from the falls than we thought but was fine. We got around just fine.

Very kind staff uncomplicated check-in. About 20min from the falls. Not the newest, but very clean room and also the whole motel is very tidy.We got a bigger room because we stayed 2 nights instead of 1. All-in all a great stay!

It had a really good vibe, simple but eclectic rooms reminded me of visiting with locals when I lived on Maui.

No complaints, it felt like being 'home'.

I’m so grateful I’m happy that we stayed there, we had a problem with the reservation and they accommodated our needs, they were flexible and very kind. They certainly made our trip much easier! The location was good, the beds were very comfortable, we really enjoyed staying there. I highly recommend it!

They had some cool retro style furniture, a microwave and mini fridge. Quiet little place.

The close proximity to anything that you might need or want.Staff was very friendly and helpful.And the owner was friendly and helpful with everything

The refrigerator could be a little more updated.
