Very clean with all amenities and rooms being up to date.

The hotel’s booking system doesn’t work well with third party booking sites. Also, while the hot breakfast was available on every day we stayed , it could have been better. The rolling doors on the bathroom in the room could be problematic for older guests.

The front desk lady gave us a great service, she was so kind she even went to the kitchen and prepared some cookies for us. The room was great, comfortable, all clean. The hotel facilities were clean, very nice, the breakfast area was clean. You have a lot of food options for breakfast. The pool was clean, with fresh towels.

The breakfast was supposed to last until 10am but by 915 they were out of eggs, sausage and French toast. When we asked the employee working the breakfast she said that what was there was all there is. Even though there were about 8 or 9 people who had just arrived to breakfast

Very close to restaurants. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping kept our room clean and towels replenished. Breakfast was fresh and kept full. It was also tasty and hot.

Our bed creaked when laying down and changing positions. The sheet on the bed was too small and kept popping off the mattress.

Apparently the company had recently done a software update for multiple hotels. As a result, the room keys kept deactivating. While this was beyond the manager's control, it was very frustrating to get all the way up to your room, only to find out your key was no longer working. This happened repeatedly to our entire group.

I really liked the home made cookies when I arrived, I never been to a place that did that, it made you feel like you were in a small town and you special. And they were good! 😁

I was going to say the price, but I understand it’s been hard for everyone and a lot of places they been hit hard so I guess I can’t say there’s really anything that I didn’t like.

The sing said free cancellation and when the receipt came out it said that they did not have free cancellation., so because of the weather y just use it for 2 hours and it is not fair.

The hotel is in a great location. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly . They are welcoming to those with pets and we traveled with our one year old Golden Retriever. Highly Recommend.

The beds are meh.. in comfort.. but that is most hotels. The rooms are a little on the small side.. same as most hotels.. other than that we were very happy .

The staff at the front desk were so kind and accommodating. It was refreshing in a society where customer service often doesn't seem to be a priority.

Would like to be able to close the shades all the way as there's is a giant bright building that shines into the rooms. Shampoo and conditioner on walls is kinda gross. They were slimy and there was hair that wasn't ours in the shower and on the bed spread.
