Close to airport. Has a kitchen in room and walk in shower. Laundry room in Hotel . Breakfast. Netflix.

Need to use quarters for washer and dryer. Should be available for hotel guests. No money machines….Also 2 machines were put out of Service. Need more machines for size of Hotel.

Clean, spacious and excellent location. So much space in the rooms with a sitting area outside and multiple grills!

I travel often and stated a lot of hotels, and I have never seen a Breakfast as poor as this one.

The staff were friendly, & very accommodating. I liked the proximity to everywhere I needed to go. Lots of places to eat. I appreciated the Hotel already having a list of eateries for your convenience. The rooms were clean, & cozy. I slept very comfortably in the bed. The shower pressure was great. Having the ability to control the room’s temperature made all the difference in being comfortable. The place is very well maintained, & it shows. I felt very safe as a female traveling alone. They had (2) two forms of security devices on the door, to ensure my safety. All I had to do was use them, which I did. The Continental breakfast was suffice. They were very willing to replenish any item upon request. Check-in was extremely easy, & Check-out was even easier. Overall, I highly recommend TownePlace Suites near Buffalo Airport, I wasn't disappointed, & I hope you’re not as well.

I can’t say that there was anything I didn’t like. However, if there was something I would like to see, next time I stay there? That would be Waffles for breakfast, and that’s not a dislike. It’s just a wish of mine.

We loved everything about the hotel. Our room was amazing. The staff was so helpful as we didn’t know of good places to eat and to buy souvenirs for our grandchildren.

The room was quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we slept much better than usual. We had an outstanding meal at Olive Garden. It was close by. All good experience.

Clean and comfortable room. Excellent location with shuttle service. Sufficient breakfast. Coffee in the lobby. Smooth check in process and efficient staff.

Everything was good

Our flight came in after midnight and they were awesome about checking us in and their shuttle picked us up quickly. Sabrina at the front desk and Jack the shuttle driver were professional and very nice. We would definitely recommend this property and stay there again.

Love the 24/7 shuttle service from the airport. You will need to make a call to reserve the complementary service upon arrival to the buffalo airport.

An amazing property! Literally across the street from the airport and yet; we did not hear a single airplane

Not much… the pool filter could clean a bit faster, but the pool was clean each morning ..

Room was spacious, clean and well maintained.

I wish house keeping would come for cleaning without asking atleast after a day. And I wish netflix or any channel would work.
