The property was beautiful location and very quiet. The mattress was very comfortable. I enjoyed having access to the backyard deck from my room. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent

The room was very spartan for the cost per night. Very worn out vintage furniture and only a hard wood chair to sit on. Clock didn’t work, lampshades torn, burnt out lightbulbs and no cups for water or coffee. The rooms need some TLC to justify the cost

The Eis House is the perfect getaway for when we visit our son at school in Oswego. We have found the staff to be friendly and we highly recommend the brownies and ice cream for dessert at the restaurant!

Our room had a balcony overlooking a small river, very picturesque. We never encountered any staff, but received a message with the room's door code for easy access.

No food options there nor in the vicinity. The staff called us but our phones didn't have roaming enabled so it ended up being expensive to retrieve the voice mail -- this is a flaw in their system.

Lovely location overlooking the Salmon river. Perfect location, as we were having a wedding at the Eis house the next day. Very clean, nicely appointed, easy check in and out. Lots of parking. Restaurant is nice with delicious food. large bar with covered deck just outside the door.

Bar person and check in person were exceptional. Restaurant server rather cold.

Loved the balcony with over look of the water with fall trees. Overall a beautiful set up for perfect night away.

Honestly there was nothing to dislike

The room was spacious. 2 queen beds, dresser, desk, fridge and microwave, large space for hanging up coats/clothes, and still plenty of space to move around. Sink and cooktop with dishes, dish soap, etc. Pin-pad entry so no check-in. Very convenient!

Noise. Fridge was loud and right against the bed. Pipes from next unit at the head of the bed. No soundproofing from other units or the parking lot.

the view, the location and the rooms fell asleep to the peepers peeping woke up to birds chirping the sun shining and my coffee on the deck …

I am amazed with this hotel. We stayed for a wedding and everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and went above and beyond our entire stay! Special thank you to Tonya, Bobbie Joe and Devin for pretty much waiting on me hand and foot without complaint! I was also told the employers were wonderful and treated them so well. It shows with how friendly and accommodating everyone was! Thank you to everyone I encountered from housekeeping to bartenders, you made this stay memorable! ❤️ Also, as I stated, we went for a wedding and then venue is stunning! From the garden where they were married to the reception hall. I myself used the eis house as my venue and it seems that everyone on our family is using them now! I totally recommend this place!!!
