The staff was very friendly and though it was very basic hotel faire, the food from the restaurant was always fresh and tasty.

There were some areas of our room that needed some attention from the cleaning staff. The duvet was dark grey on the corners and for some reason the fire sprinkler in the bathroom was wrapped in old, soggy paper towels.

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom roomy and clean Air conditioner was noisy. Tv was a little difficult to figure out. Did not appreciate that the property adds a $30 “convenience fee” then deletes it at check out. That was confusing. The neighborhood is sketchy at best. Would stay there again but why would anyone go to Schenectady if not necessary? Well there is a casino nearby

The fact that no no breakfast was offered gratis with the reservation not even a continental breakfast was disappointing. My friends who stayed close by all had breakfast with their room. I will check there first for my next Schenectady stay.

The rooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is friendly and I like that they had a free washer and dryer at the hotel! I will definitely stay again.

Proximity to where we needed to be. The staff went out of there way to accommodate a family gathering for a funeral service the next day.

Slow elevator in the back of the building.

My room was available at noon as opposed to 3pm, the standard check-in time. The location was convenient to downtown and other places I needed to go. The lobby and ground floor were immaculate and fire places were inviting. The modern decor and the comfortable king bed were a nice surprise, too.

I stayed multiple nights and my room wasn't touched during my stay. The waste baskets weren't even emptied until I complained twice about it as well as replenishing the coffee supplies including the cups. The room was very dusty and the heater fan never turned off which was a bit noisy.

The rooms were nice and cozy, bed was very comfortable. The gym and pool is very clean and nice.

The rates you book two days a the rates is different Noone explain at the time.If you book more they one day the rates should be the same as the other days

Our room had a door to an adjacent room. These doors need better sound-proofing, as we heard a lot of noise from the adjacent room coming through that closed door.
