Staff very friendly and helpful, easy check-in and check-out. The room nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The building was nice, everything in good condition and functioning well.

The towels were tiny. We stayed two nights and after our first night, the room did not receive maid service. We assumed there would be replaced towels and the bed made but it was not. They do a good job with breakfast with the exception of the eggs. They resemble a bowl of yellow breadcrumbs, likely powdered eggs. We didn't care, but since you are asking, that is the truth. The location of a busy mall leaves a guest searching for a parking space which was in this case not great.

The location is ideal and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I believe that the servicing of the rooms should/could be better. I checked in on Tuesday and checked out Sunday...my bed was made just once (the day before I checked out). One of the perks of a hotel stay is having your bed made and room cleaned daily. We did have to request towels during our stay... While the policy states your room would be serviced every other day after the 3rd day...that literally means 4 days after arrival....I was only there 5 nights. In any event I think the servicing of the room should be based on the number of nights guests are staying.

The location very convenient with shops and about dozen restaurants at property…also right off Bronx Expressway without the crazy traffic inside the city

The staff was courteous and helpful! Having breakfast included in our stay made everything so much easier for our students who were on their way to Fordham University for a summer camp. We loved the location because the outdoor mall that this Hyatt Place is located within was filled with great shopping and restaurants. The Hyatt Place, Yonkers is an excellent choice to stay if you are visiting Fordham University, as it is only a quick drive away.

Everything was awesome! I can't think of anything that wasn't just the way we wanted it to be :)

Always a nice stay- clean hotel and very kind staff!

We stay here often and this time unfortunately the whole floor smelled of cigarette smoke (despite being a smoke free hotel), In addition, for some reason noise from another room was carrying through the vents and these people were being incredibly loud, playing loud music and yelling until midnight. The front desk took care of things for me though!

The hotel was beautiful and in a wonderful location inside of the Cross County Mall complex. Staff were super friendly. Convenient to metronorth also.

The door to our room was very difficult to open and close. Ice machines was only on every other floor. Breakfast was just OK. Your basic continental breakfast. Would have preferred a shower stall to a bathtub with shower.

The room was very nicely appointed - lots of space and well decorated and clean. The desk attendant was good.

The only negatives are that you need to navigate the mall to get to the entrance, and having to walk back out to my car after check-in to put a slip of paper on my dashboard noting that I was a guest at the hotel was a pain.

Location is awesome. Right in the middle of the mall. The facility and rooms are clean. The beds are sooo comfortable. They serve breakfast, which is great! Buffet style. Definitely recommended. Great stay and location.

I wish the check in person was more informative. We checked in and they didn't tell us about the to go store and other hotel information.

Front dest are always polite . Breakfast is good. I love the pillows. Bathroom is excellent. Overall is a great place to stay.

Price is really high. The lobby upstairs going towards my room was a little dirty needed vacuuming. Which I understand some people can be messy . I also think front desk can tell people to try & be respectful of talking so loud in the hallway , people sometimes are trying to rest . But my stay was good.

The room was spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located in a mall with easy access to food options and shops. And the staff members were very friendly and helpful.

My only complaint is that the breakfast space is on the small side and was very crowded when we were there. It was difficult to navigate. That said, we were able to find a table each morning.
