The overall property was great. I loved how comfortable the king size bed was. What brand and type of bed was it? My only complaint was the thermostat. I read the message by the thermostat that said the unit needed to continue to run due the 2018 law to have continuous fresh air. I just didn't like that it had to continuously run, unless I was doing something wrong.

For the price of the room, breakfast should have been FREE! You are charging way too much for a plain bagel with not enough cream cheese! At the very least you could offer a free continental breakfast and make us pay for a hot meal.

The property was immaculate outside and inside ! I loved the room, the decor and overall cleanliness ! I have never stayed in a Courtyard Marriott , but if they are all like this one, I will definitely return! Great job Courtyard !

Loved the area, staff was very friendly.
It seemed a bit expensive for what we got. Not that it wasn't nice but for the price I'd think it'd be a bit nicer. Also we were supposed to have cleaning since we stayed 3 nights but no one ever came. Not that we desperately needed it but our trashes were overflowing by the time we left.

The property was very clean, smelled clean and fresh, and the staff was lovely. It was also a great location and just a short walk from lots of restaurants, shopping, and the Improv.
