Both the first and last staff members I interacted with were absolutely the best! The lady that checked me in was very welcoming and also went above and beyond to accommodate my needs-Perfect start to the stay! When I checked out the gentleman at the desk INSTANTLY stopped what he was working on to make sure I was the priority! He could have said, “one moment ma’am and I will be with you” but instead he clearly put me first! Their focused and pleasant attention is rare these days and did not go unnoticed!

We loved the staff at Due South. Such hard workers. Really enjoyed my experience dining at Due South. I loved the pool. The access from inside to outside was great. Loved the gym. Nice variety of equipment. The room was great. Comfy beds and nice view of the pool. The shower with the glass doors is beautiful and the variety of sprayers is awesome. The pork chops are fire, don't change a thing. Loved the waffle iron logo.

The temp of the pool. I couldn't get a particular drink (due to the lack of ingredients) which saddened me greatly. Breakfast food could be warmer from the buffet.

The pool was nice and I liked that it was indoor and outdoor.

When I booked I knew you didn't offer breakfast, with that being said I think that you should, we're in middle of nowhere (what restaurant is right outside the airport) and breakfast would be a nice option. Even if I had an early morning flight it would be nice to have the ability to grab something quick (bagel, pastry etc). The restaurant/bar didn't open until 4pm and vibe in the bar was good, the food was good so I would think the breakfast would be good.

We liked the rooms and the beds were so cozy. Can't wait to go back next week. The staff at Due South are hard workers!!!! I appreciate them all. We're going to visit the pool and the gym next week can't wait to try out the machines and weights. That giant mirror on the bathroom door is awesome.

Breakfast can't be to go. I understand but the food was so good. Some of the outlets in the room weren't working. Made charging things complicated.

Very convenient for the airport and there was a free shuttle bus. The room was very well fitted out but had the usual problem with locating all the light switches and not being able to turn them off at the same time.

For some reason, I am often given a room with an outlook of air conditioning vents. The hotel was not full - why not give a sole traveller an attractive view ? The Booking.com price which I agreed to was $242 for one night, but they charged me $280. Don’t know why and I was in a hurry and didn’t challenge it.

I would prefer that breakfast was included, but they had several options and the staff was wonderful

the WIFI was confusing because when you signed in your were given an option of 2 payments. I had to go back down to the counter to ask how to get free WIFI and was told that I had to select the cheaper option and they would not charge me. Very confusing and I don't like to have to select something that I don't want.

One of the elevators was broken during our stay. Luckily there was another one we could use. It just meant a much longer walk to our room. Not a huge deal though. Again, breakfast was meh.

I liked the fact that the hotel was on the airport campus but it was a bit further away from the terminals than expected. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The local beer choices were good. The airport hotel shuttle had great personnel - helpful and friendly..

The menu could have had a few more non-fried things plus more vegetables. At checkout, the woman at the front desk asked if she could email the bill as they were doing some kind of financial transaction (I don't think it was month-end close but something like it). I stated I would prefer a printout of the bill, which she did and it took a few seconds. It was mildly annoying that she wanted to save those few seconds and cause both of us work later on.

The wonderful pools, indoor and out, the staff, breakfast, comfort of beds, and the bathroom amenities.

The skunk smell in the 2nd and 4th floor hallways although reported several times to the desk staff. Also the balcony was a concrete slab with high concrete walls, one chair and table. No atmosphere.

Front desk workers was awesome the older lady an older guy in the morning will have people coming back very nice an polite juat there friendliness sold you guys business like they were the owners location was good an peaceful the guy that bring covers on night shift was nice an respectful Mexican guy came right then an back with no glimpse of not wanting to microwave could be bigger but overall 100 percent updated

Microwave could be much bigger lol people working in the morning slamming doors could be little more quite but not bad at all
