A kind staff member welcomed me in the freezing early morning of Tuesday, and I was pleasantly surprised that he knew soccer when we chatted a bit. The room was impressive, and I could see almost the whole city from the window. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the breakfast was nice while you could sit down and observe the downtown waking up. The cozy little Fargo can be toured just by walking from the hotel that is also very close to the Amtrak train station.

The room was incredibly comfortable. The mattress, pillows, and linens were really high quality, and I was most impressed by the thoughtful lighting in the room. The dimmer switches on the bedside lamps and in the restroom were a nice touch. Good design choices were made. Conveniently located downtown, it's a quick and easy Uber ride from the airport.

At a hotel like this, I expect to have coffee-making abilities in the room. The free coffee in the lobby was much appreciated, but I'd gladly pay a slightly higher room rate if it meant I had a Nespresso in the room. But this is the only downside of an otherwise 10/10 experience.

The best part of this hotel was the excellent staff, especially Joey at the front desk who went out of their way to arrange a ride service, recommend restaurants, and was just super friendly and professional. There was a nice relaxed vibe in the lobby/bar area. Great location to walk to shops and restaurants.

The mattress on one of the beds smelled strongly of cleaner or pesticide or something. The other one was fine and the room was very clean, but the smell was strong, at least for me, but I’m sensitive to strong scents.

The large windows are THE reason I booked this hotel and they did not disappoint! The location is fantastic. All of the quirky little eating places and shops within steps of the front door. The hotel is super quiet and the staff are very pleasant.

The bed wasn't as comfy as I hoped it would be but it definitely wasn't terrible. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring a sound machine because of the city sounds. The hotel itself is incredibly quiet. I never even heard a door close! We ordered coffees from the restaurant downstairs and if you like any sweetness or flavors at all...you better walk across the street to a coffee shop. We also ordered room service breakfast from downstairs and all though the service was amazing, the breakfast was just okay.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Incredible customer service. I was in town for the Fargo Half Marathon and my flight got delayed the day before, so much so that I would not have made it to pick up my race packet. I don’t know anyone in Fargo, so I called the hotel and said “I know this is a pretty unusual request, but I’m kind of in a bind, is there anyway someone could pick up my race packet?” Luckily, the pickup spot was just 4 minutes from the hotel and the person who I talked to was happy to pick it up for me. I offered to send them money via Cashapp/venmo, but they refused. I ended up getting them some Insomnia cookies, but I could never thank them enough, they saved my whole trip.

We loved our room. It was beautiful. The city view was great. The bathroom was roomy and attractive. The toiletries smelled wonderful lemony. The staff was good and friendly. The guys working at the front desk were courteous and helpful. The bartender in the morning helped me get ice.

My only issue was the dog friendly aspect. The pet fee is on the high side and there really isn’t a good place to have the dogs go to the bathroom. Outside a little bit away from the hotel is mulched area. If you walk a block away there is a grassy area but there is lots of trash. The last thing is you are walking right through the front door area to take them in and out.

It was downtown and very convenient for my boyfriend and I to just walk around downtown while we were waisting time before we had to go to an event.

It didn’t have a pool/ hot tub. And no microwave in our room even though it said our room came with a microwave on the website. We got checked in and wanted to warm up our left over lunch and there was no microwave. Needles to say we were both pretty disappointed.

Cleaning service has to be demanded and reserves at the front desk. House keeping mist times forgot to do my room. In 10 days stay, only 4 times. No vacuüm cleaning and dusting or ‘real’ cleaning.

Locations, Decor, Staff, comfort & amenities in room; free parking before 6 am.

Only 2 minor complaints: sliding bathroom door was noisy. not more than expected and maybe unavoidable in physical space. Restaurant was closed (like many others) on Sunday evening. We did find a good nearby resto w/ outdoor seating, so it worked out.

Didn't use any of the hotel amenities except for the exceptional coffee in the morning. It would be impossible to find a better location. Loved that

My only complaint was in the design of the room. Bathroom door a little loud and right next to the bed. Hard to sneak into the bathroom in the middle of the night without waking your partner
