There was a free breakfast which was a pleasant surprise as I did not see it advertised on the website when I picked this hotel. However, I was not able to take advantage of it so I cannot rate the quality of the breakfast. The desk clerks were friendly and the check in process was very quick and efficient. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable.

I was very disappointed that I couldn’t use the pool. It was closed until check out time on the morning of my departure. The pool was one of the reasons why I selected this hotel in the first place. The room is quite small. The bathroom is very small, only a shower.

Location is all right, just opposite the Visitor Centre, which is a really nice and friendly place. Room size was all right as well, and the bed was comfortable.

The lighting is quite poor, the room looks really dark in the evenings. The bathroom has no door, which is a peculiar experience. The price I paid cash was higher than the total sum shown in the app and my card was also additionally charged after the check-out without any explanation as to what the charges were all about.

This is the perfect location for anyone to stay at when traveling as a family with pets. I was shocked there was no pet fee! That was a first for us. It was very conveniently located next to many things including one of our favorite stops, Space Aliens. The kids love it. And to top it off, the layout of the pool is ideal for parents and children. The kiddy pool and hot tub are side by side. This is our go to stop when traveling through from now on. Nice staff and everything was clean.

Enjoyed both of my stays. The only complaint I have is that more bath towels should be provided in a room with 4 guests (only two provided, but you can get more at the front desk) and room 108’s TV could barely be heard with the volume all the way up. Our other room’s TV worked fine.

Well for the most part it was clean and an organized motel. Just wish it had carpet in rooms and bigger tv and maybe better breakfast options not that what was there wasn't good cause it was just need more to pick from and more of what people wanted cause when the batter for waffles ran out an hour left of breakfast people coming in to breakfast didn't get what they wanted.

I like the cost of room. I also liked the cheaper of the comfy beds and the pool/hot tub so those were my likes.

Location, price, ac was great-not loud, clean

Toilet paper holder was coming off the wall, no Kleenex in the dispenser, no do not disturb sign for the door in the room - all minor, Breakfast was a carb fest of waffles, bagels and white bread. They do not need to offer any breakfast- take $5 off the rate and save the work for the staff.

The breakfast was really good. One morning we were about 15 mins late and the lady working at the front desk did her best to give us all the options that were still available. I really appreciated that.

Right near shops and the interstate. Room was warm and cozy. Bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast wasn't the best. I would usually just get coffee and an apple. Selection was less than ideal.

I liked the rooms and the pool.

There was one guest at the mainstay suites that made me a little uncomfortable but the person at the front desk made multiple extra trips to the pool to keep rechecking on us

I liked how soft the beds are. The front desk clerk in duty at 5:40pm on Friday (I am terrible at names, I am sorry) was very nice and helpful. I liked just how accommodating the hotel was even as I realized I needed things I didn't originally ask for.

I can't even think of anything to dislike

Very clean rooms, (smelled good), great location, just off the I-94 highway and walking distance from gas stations, places to eat (just cross the street from the Space Alien's grill & bar) and across visitor center/walk of fame. Location seemed very safe. Lot of free parking on-site. There was a pool, although I did not have the chance to use, but seemed nice and complimentary breakfast. Plenty of toiletries.

There is not elevator, nor guest laundry room, but was not such a big deal anyways. Location and price was very convenient for my trip so we were happy with our choice.
