I would like to take the time to shout out Jay, the GM (I believe that is his title) and also the front desk gal who took my calls multiple times. I had been looking specifically for a room with a hot tub and had many tabs open. Somehow when booking, my traveling dates switched on the site without me noticing. All of a sudden a few days later I got a text asking to review my stay!! I went to my confirmation and sure enough, it was the erong date. I called the property and explained the situation. Both Jay and the female that assisted me in getting scheduled for the correct date and offering other reimbursements for the accidental booking was greatly appreciated! I couldn’t say there was more they could do!!!

The hot tub in the room was sadly small! But everything else was great!

I had really liked how accommodating the hotel was for shortening my overall fee for leaving a day earlier. The front desk staff went above and beyond so I would not get charged the extra day I didn't need and I really appreciate that from my booking.com agent and the girls at the front desk at the property.

Everything was great! The room was very spacious and accomodating for the price I had paid. I was really surprised! I had a great time on my trip and I will refer my friends and family to the property for future stays.

The service was great. We had to stay due to a blizzard and the roads being too dangerous to drive. I booked at 9:30 am. We arrived at the hotel at 10 and they let us have the room right then. We had our motorhome with us, and we parked it and were allowed to plug it in. Very accommodating

We liked everything about it basicclean and comfortable. The only complaint is the hot tub is filthy. Dirty scum all around the edge.

Good, friendly staff and it didn't matter what shift or time of day. We were there for a family emergency with an undetermined departure date. They made sure we had a place to stay the entire time and gave us the best rate they could to help out. Very much appreciated and would stay again.

I really can't say anything bad. Things were clean and tidy. Breakfast was good every morning. About the only bad thing I can come up with is that there was only bacon one day a week. :)

The bed was very comfortable. Location was great. Staff was friendly. Even though we didn't use the pool, it looked like it would be fun, especially for kids

The room had a musty smell. Turning on the AC & fan helped some. Our room was near the pool entrance, so had extra noise from that. Water pressure wasn't very good in the shower.

Modern, clean and spacious with a large and welcoming lobby. The rooms were quiet and very comfortable. With a nice warm breakfast, it’s hard to find fault - this is one to check out if you are in Fargo with plenty of parking and close to local shopping and amenities.

Nothing, this was a great stay.

The double queen room was nice, clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast had a nice variety.

We liked just about everything about the property. The only thing which was a little bit of a downside was that the TV was very small but it still provided entertainment for us. It looked very out of place in such a large and spacious room.

soft drinks available all the time was a fun treat! clean great facility awesome staff, it was a busy night and the gal at the desk was exceptional! breakfast is a wide variety hot and delicious The Pool is so fun! my kids spent hours a little cooler of a pool but not bad hot tub was clean Room was nice, clean, microwave and fridge nice bathroom

water pressure in shower was a little light and the shower was tricky to get to pop on.

Spacious room, great desks for working if need be. Ground floor very convenient for my dog and I. Nice kitchen area.

One of the overhead lights was very dim. Shower floor was unusually slippery. I reported both issues to front desk person who was very helpful. A hand held shower would be a nice addition.

The 2 bedroom suite was very nice. Lots of room and very comfortable.

Room wasn't ready at check in time but the Front desk person compensated us immediately. Sunday breakfast was not good. We arrived 45 minutes before the breakfast was over and there was very little food left. The area was not clean and in the time we sat there, no one serviced the area or replenished the foods. I observed many families come down and they were all disappointed.
