Upscale and suite was amazing, loved that you can close the bedroom door separating the unit. Quiet, even though facing a busy street. Couldn’t hear any other people, able to sleep well.

Mattress sloped down at the head, probably from people sitting on it to watch tv. Why put a tv in the bedroom, ruins the mattress. Cleaning solution in Lobby and restaurant is not fragrance free, for those with sensitivities to smells (phalates, which are toxic) should be changed.

Rooms were very nice, clean, beds were super comfortable. Lobby was fancy! Pool, hot tub and waterslide was good for families with kids!

Seemed understaffed. But staff that was there was friendly. Restaurant- food was good, staff was uninformed and despite it being breakfast, was out of a dish and failed to notify us until the rest of the table had received their food. Wish breakfast was a buffet or continental.

Check-in was awesome, very friendly. She made it smooth for my family to check-in and get to our room.

The glasses were dirty in my room. I didn't like that the co-workers were talking badly about another renter infront of me, not realizing we were related. Breakfast server was to busy gossiping about the other renter and couldn't take our order i had to look for her a few time there was a gentleman that was alot of help he was nice and attended us a few times but that server was rude to him.

It was a great location. Easy to access and get around to stores and restaurants. The hotel was clean and inviting. Pool area was great clean and inviting.

The bed was hard, and the pillows were not great (feather). When I called down to get different pillows due to our allergies the agreed, but no one ever came to change out our pillows.

Prompt shuttle pick up from and to the airport. Hotel was clean and all staff members were extremely customer focused. Shout out to the great service at the restaurant by Megan, Madison, and Maci;

The desk staff were excellent during the day. They went above and beyond to help us.

We arrived back to the hotel after our concert at Fargodome, just before midnight. We wanted to buy snacks from the little shop next to the check in desk but there was no staff to be found. There were three separate parties needing assistance at the front desk, and it took 10 minutes to find someone to help us.

Love, love, love staying here and I always come back. Lobby area is amazing - the details are well thought out, from the colors, sofas and the set-up. Love the Starbucks and wish it was open till 5pm though? ;) Staff at check-in was amazing - super polite, funny and personable. She was very professional and really enjoyed chatting with her. Hotel arranges for airport drop-off which is great, the business center is really well done too - you can print documents, there are multiple desktops, etc. Really liked the touch of chocolate on the pillow - why don’t all hotels do that? Classic and keep up the good work!! ☺️

It was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have Starbucks in the lobby.

The hot tub was closed, which was a bummer as it was part of the reason we booked there. Breakfast was expensive. It was more expensive than similar properties.

the response of the staff there was no washing lotion in the room. called twice still no come. waitress at the breakfast place on the second day was horrible. no apology for serving wrong bread. no apology for not providing ketchup. very bad attitude
