The front desk staff (manager) was professional and accommodating. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and the temperature in the room could be set for my personal comfort. The breakfast was delicious and so plentiful. The rooms were spacious and I appreciated how soft the linens were.

I didn't like that I was in an adjoining room to a group of very loud guests who played music and the walls were such that I could hear them The good part of this is that security came quickly to address it. They eventually settled in. I did not like that the gym was so small and many of the machines were not working. For a hotel that size, you should really consider upgrading the machines.

They people were lovely & very helpful. The pool & poolside area in the center of the hotel is incredible. our kids had a great time at the pirate themed water park area inside. The hotel has a coffee & gift shop on site and is conveniently located near the shopping mall & car dealerships. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy for what we needed - as you would expect with the name “Holiday Inn”.

The property is very spread out - which is good for exercise 250 steps from our room to the front desk…but not so great when you forget something or have to go back to the desk. We had ordered food from Buffalo Wild Wings via door dash & they didn’t pack plastic utensils so I got 1000 steps in 😉 probably good for burning the calories I was going to eat! ha! anyway we also had to haul our luggage both ways because of our traveling situation. plus, when I booked the room, only some of the rooms come with a complimentary breakfast. That was a bummer. Still, I would stay here again.

Comfortable, very friendly staff, clean, great pool and game area.

Nothing really. Elevator and some vending machines were out of order, but no real inconvenience.

Great location, we were in town for family illness.

Even though we had prepaid for our hotel stay, we were asked for a credit card to hold $15 while we were at the hotel. We didn’t have a credit card with $15 available and the individual at the front desk wasn’t going to let us check in without paying $15. This should not be required when you have prepaid for the hotel room. Thankfully, my sister (who had dropped us off) was still outside. She gave the hotel her credit card for $15. Unbelievable and unnecessary.

the pool area was set up nice except the tiki area wasn’t open but there was a lady just sitting on her phone watching it …. also my son had to jump in and save another guests son from drowning while she didn’t even look up from her phone

I loved the facility’s pool I didn’t dislike anything

They did their best to give us a room as close to the pool as they could.

It said no kids under 12 in the hot tub, yet it was completely overflowing with children.

Good location. Clean.

Price was kinda high to not include a continental breakfast!! I feel prices went up with college graduation this weekend!

The breakfast was amazing I really enjoyed it. The location is great, I was school clothes shopping for my kids and the mall is right across the street.

I can't think of anything I didn't like, my family and I always enjoy our stay there.
