breakfast was good, sausages were not warm

I checked in with a service dog and was told i had to put down a $100.00 in case of damages. I did not see this in the list of requirements for a service dog. When I checked out I asked if they would look at the room and they said if it was OK a refund would be entered, I would have prefered it be taken care of that morning. Booking.com early sign in needs to offer a opt out for the requirement of sending a photo ID, since I did not want to do this I was unable to do a early registration.

Very rustic yet modern facilities, just off the main interstate so easy access to get around without having much noise!

TV setting were exclusively in French making it impossible accessibility-wise, some things in the room weren’t as clean as they could have been, and the breakfast had mixed eggs with sausage and other things in it so not very allergen-friendly options.

The location for us was perfect! We needed quick access to the FargoDome, and this provided just that. Also, there were a lot of choices as far as restaurants, and shopping so that was a great bonus for us in our down time. The property was clean, pool and hot tub was awesome. There were several children in the pool area, so this is definitely a family friendly property. The staff was so polite and accommodating. We traveled from really far away, and the manager was able to get us checked in before the original time. Side note: I did call ahead of time and made these arrangements, I did not just expect them to do it when I got there, so if you are in that situation, please be polite and call ahead. Oh, and the breakfast was perfect with several choices! When we come back next year for FargoDome this will be our property of choice!

The staff especially the one at the front desk that helped and checked us in was beyond exceptional but the other staff was awesome as well! The hospitality was top notch and would definitely recommend others to stay there and we will definitely be staying there again!

Quiet not to far from activities

The chlorine smell was really strong. The fire alarm woke me up at 5am beeping because the battery was dead tried to call the front desk but the phone did work so I went and told the associate she didn’t know how to fix it so I fixed it myself by pushing the hush button. I checked out 24hrs ago and still haven’t received my $100 accidental deposit back yet.

Everyone was friendly and it was quite. My last hotel was noisy and I had a hard time sleeping. I did not have this problem here.

I would prefer that the bedding was washed after every visit. With the every three day thing, I was a little concerned. But I also did not want to bother the staff for fresh linens.

I wish that the ADA rooms would not have the beds so high. When someone is in a wheelchair I'm not sure how you think their suppose to get into a bed up so high. Even with a sliding board it is a struggle. The sinks are high. I'm not sure much thought goes into the person in a wheelchair as long as it meets the ADA

We liked the size of the room, and the bed was comfortable. The shower worked well. The breakfast was great. The hot tub was also very good. The staff was friendly.

The price of the room was much higher than usual due to it being a weekend with several sports events in town.

It was newly updated, I liked the paint color/bedding/carpet colors. Everything wasn't "beat up" from wear and tear. Pool and hot tub were functional kids had fun. Quiet at night. Free breakfast ok, could have been better but definitely lots of choices.

Beds were a little firm for my liking but overall a good stay.

The bed was extremely comfy. The bathroom was very clean. When I went to the pool there was clean towels all over - there were towels on multiple tables as well as the towel area was completely stocked with fresh fluffy clean towels.
