I stayed multiple times last yr and stay was amazing. GM/ OWNER super amazing.. Amazing house keepers!! Hasn't seen them since last Oct and when we came back may 2025, they remembered who we were with the brightest smiles!! Always look forward to seeing the house keepers!!! Clean hotel, comfortable beds, clean pool, reasonable prices also! Good continental breakfast!

Honestly I can't say anything negative about quality suites. Amazing place to stay

We ended up extending our stay due to weather. Staff accommodated us well by letting us keep the same room. Staff brought fresh towels, took garbage etc without having to contact them. Room clean, large, seating available.

Hot breakfast could include more than waffles, such as scrambled eggs. Most everything was high carb, donuts, waffles, bagels, etc. Coffee machine out of order our entire stay. Small single use coffee machine available to make your own.

It was clean, quiet, nice little pool.

Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast… waffle, toast, cereal, oranges, cold eggs. The gal at the front desk promised us a discount because we were current and former first responders which would’ve taken our room totals from $197.50 each to $150. I was excited to save $100 because I paid for the rooms. Well, my statement said different. I was charged full price for both rooms and on top of that, I had two fraudulent charges I had to dispute! This card is only used at hotels.

It was great! It met our needs

One thing which was discouraging was that there is no Elevator and we had a lot of luggage to carry in. For older folks that would be almost impossible. Making the reservations on line there was no way to make it known that we need a room on first floor, till we got there and then there was no room available. We made it work out.

Clean property easy for Uber eats to find me close parking to the room

Kind of trashy trashy employees with tattoos everywhere tile wood floors were annoying no hot tub Jacuzzi in the room and it said it was. A couple in front of me were offered a Jacuzzi tub and pool at the neighboring property, but I was not.

THE BREAKFAST WAS SUFFICIENT, TOO BAD THERE WAS NO SCRAMBLED EGGS, GRAVY OR SAUSAGES. UNFORTUNATELY THERE WAS NO TV IN THE BREAKFAST ROOM. OVERALL IT WAS A GOOD BREAKFAST. LOCATION WAS PERFECT.

THE POOL WAS ICE COLD - COULD HAVE BEEN A LOT WARMER, THE HOT TUB WAS PERFECT. AND UNFORTUNATELY ONLY ONE LOUNGER CHAIR :(

Location easy to get to. Was very quiet during night. Best price for room in area.

Breakfast was lacking in hot food choices. Very heavy in carb choices. Bread, bagels, waffles, donuts, muffins, cold cereal. Hard boiled eggs were gone. Did have apples. Coffee machine out of order, so no tea either.

It was clean.

On arrival, the clerk said that we were going to get a government discount because we were emergency responders. Also, I only used this credit card for these rooms and fraudulent charges appeared on this card.

The mattress was excellent on the king bed- slept very well. The bathroom was nice and clean including the floor!

The mattress on holdout had some stains and we had to go down stairs to ask for bedding even though I listed this need on the accom section of reservation form. We had our daughter staying with us so needed to use the fold out sofa bed. There were only two towels. Only one bar of soap so you switch it from sink to shower.

We were there just for an overnight stay as my husband was scheduled for surgery at 5:00am, so we didn’t use anything of the facilities. Just a bed & shower! It was wonderful for that! Thank you 😊
