The pool was great for the kids, we enjoyed watching them swim and go down the slides . Breakfast area was big really nice for a large group. Breakfast was good, cheese omelettes, sausage, waffles, assorted cereal, breads and muffins, juice and coffee. Beds were comfortable, we had a poolside room so after 10 pm when the pool closed it was nice and quiet.

Check in with Callie was terrible. Thank goodness for Logan, he as able to switch rooms for us and get us settled in nicely. Callie was so rude, dismissive and wouldn’t even try to be accommodating, i explained that we had people that had a hard time walking. I even called the day before to let them know we had people with canes who just had hip replacement and one person that just had knee replacement. We had 5 rooms booked in total, we were in Fargo for a family 60th birthday. Callie should not be at the front desk, her customer service skills are nonexistent. Thank you Logan.

This place is great for traveling with or without children. The pool with the water slides is a nice bonus for a family traveling. We did not have any children with us but we enjoyed the bar/restaurant in the hotel. We did not eat but we had a few cocktails. There is also a Sickies Garage Burgers and Brews within walking distance which was great as I really like Sickies. I was traveling from AZ and had not been to one of those yet and we hit one in Sioux Falls, SD, and then again in Fargo, ND, for a late night snack.

Clean, tidy, close to what we needed, good size room, Indoor pool area and spa was great Breakfast had a good variety each day Were not disturbed, just had to book in a room clean with staff at Desk when wanted one.

Some elevators were out of order Very noisy room (maybe from ice machines)

Very good hotel for the price. The kids really enjoyed the waterslides at the pool.

The only negative comment I have is the breakfast wasn’t very good. We got there right when breakfast started and the eggs and sausage were very rubbery like they’d been out for days. The pastries were ok but were almost all gone at 6:30 when breakfast started and there were none left to put out.

The pool looked super fun but I got in late and had to leave early, the room was very comfy, and the hotel was clean and well kept. My room was a pet friendly room, but was still pretty clean and put together

My only problem was that my ac didn’t work that well. It was either blowing icicles full power or not at all. It’s also a pet friendly room so it’s full of dander/dust…

The pool, close to shopping and restaurants

The staff does not enforce the no food and alcoholic in the pool rule. There were lots of sports teams there that weekend and ALL of the parents were in the pool area drinking heavily. It was very uncomfortable and this is not the first time it has happened at this hotel.

They have a great pool area with hottub and two slides for the pool. Feel that the water park atmosphere brings lots of families to the hotel, and they are understaffed to keep all public areas clean. Still really enjoyed our stay. My son spent hours in the pool.

2:00 A.M. fire alarm disrupted my sleep, but this was caused by an individual pulling a fire alarm accidentally or intentionally. This was not the fault of the hotel. We were quickly informed that there was no fire and could return to our rooms.

Good value for the money would be nice if breakfast opened at 6 versus 630 for people that have to work a little bit earlier. Finding the elevator was a little bit confusing because the arrows pointed down almost like you needed to go downstairs when it actually was in a corner hiding.

The pool is fun, hot tub and the steam room. The free breakfast was hot and tasty, omelette, sausage and shredded hash browns. Cleaning lady(blue hair) was awesome as well.

It's a big property, a little confusing to navigate, and if you don't like walking you may not like this property...

The room was spacious

There was dirt all over the walls and window frame was dusty. I found a drill bit on the floor when u enter the room (thankfully one of my children didn't step on it) the room smelled like someone had smoked in it prior (it was very musty) 😳
