We have been on a very long cross country trip for a move and my kids were excited that there was a large pool to swim and play in! There were a ton of clean towels available for pool guests (more than I've ever seen anywhere else). There was a hot tub that a lady told me was nice and hot. The breakfast room was super cute and had definitely been refurbished compared to the rest of the hotel. We stayed in a Pet Friendly room and had no nasty urine odors to deal with. Although the building is a bit dated, the entire place is extremely clean and well kept!

Although our pet friendly room had been deodorized and smelled fresh, the hallway leading up to that section of rooms did not. It was about a 6ft section of hallway that smelled very badly. Otherwise, no issues!

The buffet breakfast is truly outstanding! The food was generous & well-displayed & the choices extensive. There was ample, attractive seating & the employee in charge was attentive. The desk clerk, Sheena (?), was always cordial & quick to make sure we were happy with the motel. We first met her on the phone & then saw her several times in person.

I would have appreciated a comfy armchair. The desk chair back was broken.

This was an excellent place to stay. The location was close to shopping and the airport, there was even a grocery store and gas station right next door. The staff were super. The front desk people were friendly, helpful, and always available, very professional. It felt quite safe being that people were always around to help. The staff at breakfast worked quickly and efficiently, and kept everything running well. I was as very pleased to have real plates and cutlery instead of plastic, and could see efforts to reduce waste in other ways. The variety of food was unusually large, great quality, the best breakfast I’ve had included in our stay. Things were kept clean everywhere, and I noticed the pool and fitness rooms were both in order and being well used. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and our pup enjoyed the king sized bed and room on the floor to play. We even had an issue with some other guests where kids were disruptive and the front desk handled it immediately.

The heating unit didn’t have a digital temperature so it was harder to control, but it worked well so there were no issues.

The hotel was clean and staff were very nice. The Breakfast buffet was excellent.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub. But when we went to use it after a full day of shopping it was closed. I had no words,,, we were all looking forward to a soak as we were all tired and sore. Needless to say we were very disappointed. There was no reason given as to why it was closed.

Facility is clean, room even smelled fresh. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had more than adequate selections, food was fresh, and area was spotless. There is an amazing grocery store just across the parking lot, and quite a few restaurants within walking distance.

The only negative, is what we've encountered at all motels lately, pillows that smell like old oily heads. Each housekeeping cart should have a disinfectant spray to use on pillows before putting pillow cases on each time.

We had a nice stay/ The property itself is dated, but very clean. The staff is helpful and enthusiastic. The continental breakfast was more expansive than is typical of these type of properties. The price was competitive given the time of the year.

As noted, the property is dated. The price was on the high end, but consistent with the other properties we looked at. We got we expected and were not disappointed in any way.

The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was generous compared to some motels. Lots of fresh fruit, waffles, eggs, etc. Across the parking lot is a supermarket, if you need to stock up on snacks or anything else for the rest of your trip.

Minor quibbles are that the ice machine on the third floor where I was staying didn't work and the jets in the hot tub weren't operating.

We stayed in the king suite with a bunk bed and pullout sofa. It was nice and roomy and clean! I'm really particular on the cleanliness of hotels. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool area is kept super clean! I really appreciated that!

With the size of the room it would have been nice to have a small table and chairs for the kids to have snacks and play board games at. Also, the bedroom with the king bed had a small TV for that size room. The remote didn't really want to work well because of the distance. 🤣 The outside of the hotel and parking lot could really use some updates.

Location was easy to find, because it’s just one block from the highway. Multiple elevators, so that was quite convenient. The breakfast had plenty of tasty options.

Unfortunately due to the location being so close to the freeway, traffic noise was quite loud until late evening.

We were upgraded to a bigger room. From double queen bed to king bed sort-studio type. Staff was friendly. Clean area. Love the small luggage trolley they have available, easier to move than the usual hotel style trolley.

Pull out bed was broken, but we were still able to use it for our 6 year old.
