Location and pool

Your staff was very helpful to us and hope the the best for you. However, the fact that this property is in the United States means I will not be there for the foreseeable future. I am a Canadian and your government has disrespected Canada. We have been betrayed! There isn’t much I can do as an individual but I will do what I can. Therefore my family and I are boycotting the United States.

The room was spacious. Everything was comfortable. There were plenty of towels. The TV was nice. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was huge. The hot tubs were nice. The pool slide was super fast and fun.

The curtains didn't completely close out the light so we had bright lights shining in the room all night. There was so much chlorine in the pool that our eyes burned walking into the pool room.

Close to everything to do in Fargo

When I made the reservation I was on the ground floor. When I got there on Thursday afternoon I was on the third floor! I know , first come first serve, that’s bull. The room was already paid for so it shouldn’t make a difference. I’m 64 years old, left hip has been replaced, bad knees, so I don’t walk so good. I don’t do elevator so all those steps sucked

We booked a reservation online around 7pm because we realized we were too tired to drive all the way home. Reviews were awesome for this hotel and the price was decent. Convenient to get to off the freeway. Male at the front desk was friendly and efficient. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. They even had a special makeup mirror and makeup washcloth. We were very impressed and will recommend this hotel to our friends and family! Thank you!

The parking was great. The pool was fun. The room was a nice value. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There were a few spots that needed paint touch up. There was a little cleaning the room needed. The alarm went off at 5am. It would have been nice if that had been turned off.

House keeper couldn’t speak English but had app on her phone to translate. She took my dirty towels. And also my garbage and said no for me trying to change it.

I wish there was info for front desk and Breakfast info. Make info sheet by phones.

The receptionist greeting us was super friendly and kind. He had a smile on his face at 11pm! Whole hotel was clean. They had the best swimming pool we’d seen in the last 10 days of hotels! It has a kiddie slide and one of this umbrella things with water as you’d see in a splash pad.

Wish they had eggs/sausage/ for breakfast option-only had grits as warm food and then the other typical cold items.

The coffee was good -- I don't really eat breakfast but a lot of people seemed pleased. The room was delightful. I loved the little sofa and table, and the lights, and the beds were very good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was nothing we didn't like. I have zero complaints. I'm only typing in this field because the form requires it. La la la la this is the last sentence.

The hotel was well located and convenient and it is appropriate for families with kids.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired and we ended up eating elsewhere. On the one hand, this is not solely the hotel's fault since they are catering mostly to Americans and Americans are accustomed to these kinds of carb infused breakfasts. On the other hand, the only choices available were a variation of bread (including waffle, donuts, pancakes, etc) and water or sugary foods such as cereal and jam. It would be nice if there were a few healthy choices besides the overcooked mush that passes as oatmeal.

The building was clean and presented well. There wasn't dust hiding anywhere, and the room was fully stocked.

The front door was hard to open. There was a sign, but I was 2 days from knee surgery, and pushing that door open was very difficult.
