Breakfast, and it was inexpensive Also, they are pet friendly and wish the TV was better . It was a bad picture and no remote. I was able to ppl ark close to doors to unload luggage into our room. The room was big enough to keep us out of each other's space, yet not to be we're it was separate areas.

We didn't get clean towels until we asked for them. It was so cold outside . It wasn't a summer day it was-28 below windshield. Ugh!

Desk clerk was extremely rude. Raised her voice. Key card would not open the door. She then got a screw driver and tried to open the door. Eventually giving up ang getting us another room at my wife's request. The worst was the mattress in our room, 223, was stained badly. Disgusting. It's was hard to sleep. I have a picture of the mattress.

It was a comfortable stay. I checked in later in the evening and got a decent night's rest. Woke up early to enjoy some coffee and waffles.

The security deposit is quite high at $150 and then you do not get it reimbursed to you until 4-5 business days.

Well, there was no breakfast ever though the facility had a waffle maker. In fact the part that normally would be filled with batter actually had waffle syrup in it. I almost put the syrup in the waffle maker.

Management did not appear when I rang the buzzer

Friendly, professional staff. Rooms were clean despite construction. Best, richest morning hot coffee! They have light breakfast items in the lobby.

There was extensive construction going on both inside and outside the hotel. All windows covered in plastic. No elevator. No coffee makers in rooms. Hot water only luke warm.

The breakfast was delicious. It's always easy to check in and out of here..the rooms are upgraded and comfy. One of my go to places!

It took a minute to get someone to front desk...but it was late so I didn't expect a full staff.

Very clean. The vinyl flooring for the guest rooms (instead of carpet) - a really good idea.

Window lock was a piece of wood holding the window closed. Bathroom faucet was loose and hot/cold were reversed

Enjoyed everything about our stay . Staff was very friendly and helpful . Breakfast in the morning was very good .

That we couldn't stay longer , highly recommend this hotel .

It's quiet and clean... The staff is great mostly... they're quick and efficient.

The only problem is the day girl at the desk. She does not seem to like me for whatever reason. But I'm sure it's something. Hopefully she will come around eventually, I think she's a lovely girl anyhow, and as efficient if not more than the others.
