Located within less than 10 mins from the Fargo airport, and right off the interstate. The room was well lit, super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, as well as excellent wifi reception. The Box bar/restaurant is located in the same building, and they had great drinks. The pizza was perfect after a long day of travel. The continental breakfast in the morning had several options, and was much appreciated. I will definitely be back on my next trip to see family in the midwest.

Good location. Quiet. The bed was comfortable. Our room had a recliner that was great after driving for a long day. The room was clean with lots of plugs for charging and good lighting. Breakfast was good with eggs, pancakes, bagels, cereal.

It wasn't the hotel's fault but my online booking through the app didn't go into their system and the staff member couldn't over ride the price I had been promised on booking.com It was sorted out by the morning but when there is currency exchange, it will cost me extra for the refund. No elevator.

The staff were awesome! The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Walking in to our room it smelled of a strong cologne that would not go away. Caused an instant migraine headache. My husband and I went to the front desk and explained our situation and the front desk staff walked up stairs with us to check the room and agreed the smell was very strong. The front desk staff immediately moved us to another room next door. The staff was very friendly, helpful and considerate. We loved this hotel!

Sink barely drained and the extra night lock on the door was busted off. Needs were small for 2 people.Lights were a terrible color, so when you turn them on in the morning they hurt the eyes. Room was a bit worn. But in the end everything worked well enough and it was clean, so those things I mentioned were little issues.

Everything from check in to check out, even super late hour snack attack ordering after the SO was off of work was super easy to order and go collect! The only thing better is if they could offer a delivery option for The Box!

The hotel is clean. The night shift front desk was extremely polite and helpful. We really appreciated him. I loved the price. Dove products in the bathroom is always a plus.

The bed is a little uncomfortable. And the hotel is a little dated. But for the price it's really not that bad. And you can hear people in the hallway quite easily so we turned white noise on and that helped.

The room was good, and for a last minute booking I was glad they had a room available. I was there for an event, and for a small fee was able to go to the event by shuttle, which was offered by the facility, which saved me the headace that can sometimes happen when attending a large event, so that was a plus. The fee was actually cheaper than the parking fee I would have paid at the location of the event. The only complaint I have is that in the shower, although they did offer wall mounted dispensers, which would have been convenient, for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash...none of them were filled. I do believe that the housekeeping staff should check these daily to make sure to top them off , or in my case to actually make sure there is anything ing there. This was an amenity offered by the Fargo Inn & Suites, hopefully they will make sure the housekeeping staff is aware of doing this. Other than that, the stay was goo? d, and the desk staff were friendly as well as helpful. The location was within 3 miles to the event I was attending, and

As I say it would have been nice if housekeeping would have been more thorough with checking the shower necessities. Other than that it was a good stay.

Location is great and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Our room was very clean. The check in experience was fast and easy; front desk staff was friendly! We asked for extra blankets and they were delivered to our room SO quickly. The mini fridge was spacious.

We arrived at almost 9pm. It was -30 blizzard winds and their auto sliding entry door to the lobby was broken! The sign posted read slide door. Had to drop everything on the ground to manually open the door. It was so heavy and the winds were freezing our bare hands. We were so freezing cold by the time we got inside. The next morning same thing. Sliding door was still broken
