The front staff on the evening of 5/4 was kind, professional and really went out of her way to accommodate. Our room(s) were clean! Your housekeeping staff do a great job not only in our room(s) but the rest of the building as well.

The handicapped accessible room that we booked did not have an accessible shower. It was a tub with grab bars. The front staff tried 2 other rooms -- the 2nd one had the shower but no safety bars anywhere. I'm grateful for the shower and the shower stool she brought up though had difficulties utilizing them. The beds were very tall too. I used my mobility cart to give me leverage to get in it.

The 5 pillows in my KS bed were heavenly! Young lady that checked me in was lovely - the one the next morning, not so much. LOVE your noon checkout!!!!!

The rate advertised was $118 however, I was charged $129 (& I wasn’t even there for 12 hours!!!) Breakfast was a disappointment - staff there weren’t particularly friendly or attentive. Was not able to watch the IIHF World Juniors hockey game that night.

The room was big. I liked that and the shower was awesome.

The breakfast. I watched a staff person drop many coffee lids on the floor. The staff person picked them up and proceeded to put the lids up for use. The other noticeable thing was the other staff person would maybe do a little something then sit down and was on his phone. He did that alot. Now it could have been a work phone. The other staff person was at least trying to clean up.

It was decorated pleasantly. Clean . Large assortment for breakfast, scrambled egg’s sausage patties, bison gravy and the normal continental items. ( we didn’t eat tho) Pool and jacuzzi stayed open till midnight. Room was clean and perfect size too. Loved the Extra pillows on the bed. Shower was a personal handheld adjustable height, excellent! Bedding was fresh and clean. We did not hear floor traffic or any noice at all! It was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

We got down to breakfast at 8 and things were pretty picked over. No one was restocking with more, so we didn’t eat., there. It appeared to be an excellent assortment tho.

The pricing was totally reasonable. And the staff was super kind. Especially when I noticed my daughter left her mittens in the room, the staff at the lobby helped it without hesitation.

Waffle toaster should be fixed next time.

Breakfast was great in the morning- good selection of foods. Room was clean and cool like I like! Bed was really comfortable and easy to relax in. Room included refrigerator, microwave, and hair dryer.

I was happy to see the pool and hot tub but disappointed when the staff kept walking thru pool area and reprimanding everyone for having drinks. I had my mug of water that I always take to the hot tub with me & they told me I had to remove the mug or myself!!!! Made the relaxing part not easy!! Pillows were typical hotel pillows which are always flat and have no substance to them-why I always bring my own. Parking was limited.

Nice rooms great breakfast and very friendly man that was working the breakfast area .

Room wasn’t completely clean it wasn’t terrible but a few things were missed . Not bad enough for a complaint for me but someone else might have complained.

Comfortable beds, great pillows. Breakfast had a good variety...loved the biscuits and gravy and also the fresh waffles. Quiet rooms. Nice and clean. Coffee available 24/7

The juices were often out or watery. Bagels were only plain, a variety would be nice.

The staff was really friendly. The beds were super comfortable and the hotel was clean.

The key cards stopped working randomly we had to go get them reset like 10 times while we were staying here that was kind of annoying

Very clean hotel and room with comfortable beds. Good amenities and breakfast

Only inconvenience was that the breakfast during the week only ran from 7:00 to 9:00 however at check in we were informed that so we could plan accordingly.
