I loved the fact that it was clean and the staff were friendly. I was debited twice because I used a 3rd party to book the room. The stay were very polite, friendly and helpful and I was able to get my refund. I'll give the a five star. Overall, I would recommend LA Quinta!

The only thing I didn't like, especially my husband, who kept complaining about it, was the temperature of the water. It was cold and warm, and there was no hot water. We couldn't have a hot bath since the hot water only gets warm and not hot. We really needed a hot bath because it was snowy and windy the day we got there.

The property is very well kept and it has an interesting layout. The room was clean and comfortable. Although we didn't use the pool or eat breakfast, both looked well-maintained, spacious, and were utilized by a lot of guests.

The only item that I could consider giving a less-than-positive review was the shower. The drain did not drain properly, there were some pink water stains on the tub as well as some black particles under the shower curtain. Lastly, there were shampoo, conditioner, and body wash units in the shower but all were empty.

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good, the staff was mostly accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed the pool and the spa, and the location of the hotel was close to all the places we had to go to, including the airport. The manager and two of the ladies at the desk were nice, especially the lady that checked us out. One of the housekeepers on our floor was very nice and wanted to make sure we had what we needed for the room. The hallways were spotless and quiet, and the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I could definitely stay here again.

The phone didn't work, and neither did the TV at first. I wound up fixing the TV myself, the phone never got fixed, and the maintenance man never showed up to check on either one. The phone was simply a show piece, it didn't even have a cord. The computers did not work when my child and I went to print something off of them, although the manager did come in while we were in the room to try and fix them. Not sure if he ever did, we wound up going elsewhere to print up what we needed.

Room was large, so was the bathroom. Wasn't expecting a big whirlpool tub but there it was. A long hot soak with the jets on my back and legs was very soothing. Comfortable bed. TV performance and channel selection were above average. Breakfast was more than adequate, well stocked and managed.

I found no USB charging ports in the room. Not a big deal for most people but I travel with a lot of devices and having a couple USB ports would be nice, almost mandatory nowadays.

Probably the nicest LA Quinta I've ever stayed in. Clean. As comfortable as expected. Lots of food options around. Fargo is easy to navigate around.

Hot tub was out of order but looked to be functioning correctly. Staff wasn't rude , it was obvious that they didn't enjoy their jobs. Nobody was smiling there. If I was to ever go back to Fargo I'd be ok with staying there.

This facility met us with a welcoming host and helpful suggestions for restaurants. The room and beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast offerings were ample and warm with selections for varied tastes. The large facility had at least three luggage carts available for customer use.

Our second floor room lacked the area landscape views available from higher floors due to a large building behind us. The small fridge in this unit had no small freezer unit for refreezing our ice packs.

A very nice clerk checked us in, they were serving a complimentary light buffet when we checked in, we were on our way to meet family for dinner so we didn't eat but it looked good. The room was very comfortable and was larger then most. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was exceptional.

I don't have any negative comments about our stay.

We were so happy that we booked the apartment. Having the extra room was great. We liked the kitchen area with the stove top and the large size refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a great size, and the shower was strong. We liked the hand pump shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. We also had a lovely view of the sunset. We enjoyed the variety of items at breakfast.

Our only wish was that the toilet would be a little higher.

our air conditioner/heating unit was broke and cold air was leaking in our room. Curtain rod was broken. Room wasn't cleaned and we had to ask for more towels, shampoo, etc. The swimming pool was freezing cold!!!!!! the bottom of the hot tub looked dirty. There was a fire at the hotel while we were there which we heard was not the first time.

Spacious room with microwave & fridge, very comfortable bed, clean carpet, openable window for fresh air, hot and cold breakfast. Tho we did not eat, the manager offered complimentary light supper!

I would like tea available in the room. There was more than enough room for a more comfortable chair. While most spaces were updated, the elevator flooring shows the age of the building.
