Staff were amazing! Kayla, the manager, was extraordinary! She was a great communicator, excellent at validating concerns and rectified situations very quickly. And....she worked alot that weekend, as it was very busy and she knew the staff needed breaks. Top notch way to supervise and run a "well oiled" hotel. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great!

Could have been a little cleaner. Slight stains on blankets, floor didn't appear to be cleaned well. Light switches and other frequently touched areas were dirty (I cleaned them myself).

Very clean hotel. Our bed was nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Room had good air quality. We stayed three nights. Fresh tasting coffee (I LOVE COFFEE) We checked out all the amenities of the hotel, overall we had a good stay.

Our second and third night was interrupted by other guests upstairs that were quiet noisy, not sure why it was very loud (sounded like kids running around A LOT). If there was a way to guarantee the top floor then no one above but you get the room available in what you selected I guess. It's not the hotel's fault really not sure why kids would just be let to run and jump around so much in a hotel room. Not much sound proofing. Breakfast for us was okay.

The breakfast was really good, alot of variety and gluten free options! much appreciated.

The pool area someone had the back door open which created so much fog in the room, it was hard to see anything. It would be nice of the staff would have ensured that this did not happen. It took one brave guest to confront the individualts who opened it.

I was charged $20 for something and Was told this would be refunded. I don't think I have received this refund on credit card yet.

I originally had a different hotel booked, but I didn't feel safe there and was able to get a room at the Hampton Inn late at night, last minute. I felt safe and was treated well. I stayed two nights as my daughter had just given birth to her first child at Sanford. While I was at the hospital, my son in law was able to go to the hotel for a few hours and get some sleep. It was a very good experience.

I thought everything was great! My only very small complaint, or suggestion, is that the TV remote seemed very old and almost like the buttons had been melted. It didn't work great, but good "enough", just a little frustrating.

usually fine, but this time there was no shampoo & the plastic tray for coffee maker didn’t fit well so coffee didn’t work well. Also, 2 workers came into our room better we even checked out.

They went out of their way to make the rooms great and get them in early!!! Amazing front desk lady and housekeepers!! Feb 10th

Nice staff.

Hot tub broken, my daughter came with her soccer team and she had to get new sheets and comforter because of hairs all over and found a bug. She had to put them on herself and they never took the soiled ones.
