It was easy access to everything we needed. It was quiet, and staff were friendly and helpful. Property and room were clean. Breakfast was well stocked with the simple selections you'd expect. Pool was warm and enjoyable.

Water pressure was low in the shower and you had to hold the handle to flush the toilet- not deal breakers for sure. In the double queen room , one bed is really close to the wall- like less the 12 inches with no night stand. Made it a bit difficult to navigate- but again not a deal breaker- would still recommend.

The staff were wonderful. Bonnie was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was wonderful and the location was perfect.

The sofa bed was difficult to set up. The microwave was plugged in however due to it being too far from the plug when it was plugged in the prongs were bending and pulling out the outlet.

Very Nice Location, Wonderful Staff, Very Clean, Wonderful Breakfast, Not to far from downtown Columbus, and Very nice rooms.

The only bad thing was the softball team that they contracted with. Very rude players and not caring about other peoples problems, acted like they owned the place. Maybe just don't partner with players again. But staff was wonderful and everything was the best it could be.

The staff was very friendly. From Moe's at the front desk who was exceptionall. He was extremely nice and very helpful. We were there due to son in law having brain surgery to remove a tumor. More got us extra pillows and blankets. All the staff were smiling and helpful.

There was nothing we disliked.

The room was a nice size. The room was clean. No bugs!! No issues with other neighbors. I got to use the pool which was clean. Staff was extremely nice. The hotel was close to a lot of stores/ restaurants and gas stations. I found my new fav restaurant Culver’s.

The hallway did have a smell to it but this hotel allowed animals so can’t really complain. Animals didn’t bother

The man at the front desk was absolutely wonderful, from the moment I walked in the door he had a smile on his face! We were swimming with about 8 kids, he brought them all popsicles. Very helpful with all of our needs! Thank you for being so kind!

The location is great! It's close to freeway, stores and restaurants! It was also pretty clean!

The staff member when I checked in was moving kinda slow. We were tired and ready to lay down. Took almost 30 mins to check in

A good hotel for us right off the highway, especially for staying with our dog. The room was spacious and clean and really nice.

We were told that they did not have any cribs, but on booking it was stated that there were cribs available. The corridor of our floor smelled very strongly of weed.

Friendly staff and appeared to be clean and the breakfast was very satisfactory

The outlets in our room weren't even attached to the wall. The one in the bathroom was really bad, it was just hanging there. The main door was the only one that worked so if you parked in the back you had to walk all the way around the building. It wasn't a big deal but it's definitely something that should be fixed.

Friendly host, nice and clean. Staff was friendly and it was easy access to things in the area,such as shopping and dining.

Ice machine was down on all floors but the main floor. It was not easy getting to food in the area unless you drive. There were places walking distance but no way to walk there. Not the hotels fault but an inconvenience after driving all day. I did not want to get back in the car.
