Great location! Walking distance to multiple restaurants, a coffee shop and even a dispensary for 420 friendly travelers although be advised smoking is not permitted on property. Private beach entrance was super intimate and a great amenity. Beautiful views of the bay from the hotel room as well!

We were the only unit that didn’t have a screen door which was a bummer as we would have like to have it open to enjoy a summer breeze in the night. The bed was a bit creaky and uncomfortable and parking was at times hard to come by but there were was other spaces to park on the nearby street

There was enough parking space. The breakfast was OK, but the coffee was very good. The tea selection was nice as well. Thank you for serving decaf! We could see part of the bay from the comfort of our room, and the binoculars were a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable! It was the most comfortable hotel bed we've had in a year, and we travel a great deal. That alone was the reason for our Exceptional rating for Comfort! Besides relaxing and visiting with friends, we visited the Yaquina Lighthouse and went on a Whale Watching Tour.

The dining space was a bit cramped. Fresh fruit, even bananas and oranges or apples, would be a welcome addition to the breakfast. The nearest coffee shop didn't have a great breakfast, either. The carpet in the room was dated. Tile, either Luxury Vinyl Tile or ceramic with small rugs by the bed and in the seating area would feel cleaner,

Amazing location with stunning views. Even had it's own private beach where you could see whales in the bay. It had a lovely friendly family run vibe and everyone was incredibly welcoming. I needed to handwash a few items and the guy who welcomed us Heath could not be more helpful as he stuck them in the tumble dryer for us. We stayed in over 10 hotels during our trip and this was one of the highlights.

Nothing really, rooms were a little dated but I think that added to the character of the place.

The reviews of this property do not do it justice. Having spent a week now in Depoe Bay I would say this is the NUMBER ONE property to stay in. We parked our car and walked everywhere. A five minute walk to the left took you to a rocky bluff where you could enjoy the ocean crashing onto the rocks, sit and have your wine and cheese, and watch for whales. We saw whales off our balcony from the room with the provided binoculars. A five minute walk to the right led to the best restaurant in town, Tidal Raves. A 10 minute walk took you to whale watching with Carrie Newell at whale echo excursions, which we also highly recommend. (As an extra hint, a five minute drive sourh takes you to an overlook, “Rocky something” where we saw whales every time. The room was spacious and clean also.

No complaints at all

WOW. We literally had a little house to ourselves with a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows/sliding doors. It was exactly like a home. The setting was cozy and comfortable with a usable kitchen (many utensils that we didn't get to use). I really really enjoyed staying at this place. It's also very close to the main street in town and right by the sea. Parking was free and right outside our door. The door lock is by the last digits of your phone number. Such a scenic location. I would totally stay again.

Breakfast is very simplistic and pre-packaged, barely satisfactory.

The Inn's location is amazing. Walking distance to Depoe Bay main Street. The view will knock your socks off. Parking was easy. The place was clean and the beds were comfy.

We had a ground floor room. The windows did not have screens. They were there, on the ground outside, but not up. Also every window had extra security in the form of a broom handle to keep them closed and locked. So even though it was humid and not super cold, we couldn't leave windows open due to no screens (mosquitos) and feeling like we had to keep the windows locked and blocked to be safe. Also the breakfast? Stop. It's not a breakfast. It's a 7/11 serve yourself.

We loved the view!! We loved the area, as it was close to the shops and great scenic areas. We loved that it had a full size coffee pot in the room for us. We enjoyed that there was a set of binoculars in the room. We liked that it was a quiet area as well.

We didn't enjoy how hard and uncomfortable the beds were. We also went out in the evening and when we returned, there was zero available parking for us and we had to call and find out where we could park since another guess was assumed to have snuck in another vehicle without staff knowing so no spots were available.

The view! The private beach and cove! The willingness to provide free indoor stowage for our kayaks! The 5 minute walk to the best restaurant in town! Breakfast offerings included quality instant fruited oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, microwave breakfast sandwiches and some REALLY good muffins.

Nitpicking some, but the room on the second floor was lit overnight by a walkway light and blinds didn’t help. The billing of “hot breakfast” conjures an egg-bacon-pancake situation, but it’s microwaved and toasted by you.

Location perfect...really no need to drive anywhere..no matter what direction you head..spectacular ocean view..whale sighing..fun shops..so many places to eat..smallest harbor unbelievable.. is a must see..will return again and again..take stair down to our private beach..while tide out..made a huge face in the sand..used seaweed for hair..and small pieces for face features..excited to see the next morning after tide came in..well I say it was a bad hair morning..ate crab 😋 at the picnic table outside our room...with ocean view..as the sun was setting..so glad the room had crab crackers and picks..be sure an walk the neighbor hood and climb around o the sea cliff rocks..bring your kite..so so fun ..

Well..the floor were really dirty..and could not..would not.. use the refrigerator..smelled so bad..

Location and the customer service were top notch! The room were clean and comfortable, but the bathrooms leave a little to be desired. They're a bit dated and cramped, but clean and well equipped. We only stayed one night but they went above and beyond to accommodate my elderly grandfather. We were in Depot Bay to fish and needed to depart before they served breakfast. They made us breakfast burritos the night before, which were amazing, so we could have something to eat before we got on the boat. I was extremely impressed with their willingness to accommodate us. Highly recommend.
