I’ve been here many times . Location and value is great .

Bed was a bit too firm for me . The neighbors either above or next door were noisy . Possibly a child running and thumping . Please give us space from each other especially when the place is nearly empty .

Oceanfront view to wake up to in the morning. You can hear the ocean at night for some ASMR sounds to lull you to sleep if you wish! Fireplace to make the room warm and cozy was a nice touch. Room was quiet, I didn't hear much from my neighbors. The bathroom and room was very clean. Staff was very nice and friendly. I didn't have a chance to use the pool and hot tub as I just allocated a night's stay, but I think it would have been a nice touch! The owner is very friendly and tries to do his best to accommodate. Thanks for the lovely stay in this peaceful and wonderful location!

Nothing. There are stairs to the rooms upstairs, no elevator.

I love the no pet policy. (Service animals are allowed). I don't have pets and I like to have the choice to stay in a motel without worrying I'm going to step in a pile, or find dog or cat hair in my clothing or bedding. The balcony, just big enough for two chairs. We enjoyed watching as the tide was going out and coming in. Beach access is easy to find with just a few stair steps down to the beach. Lovely. Nice and quiet, just the way we like it.

I loved the view from my room, the way the room was set up so you can see the beach right from your bed side, the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful my favorite thing was the wall by the hotub was made with real stuff from the beach like sea shells and beach rocks.

I didn't like that the toilet is so close to the shower door and that the shower door leaked super bad onto the floor in the bathroom. was tons of water mess to clean up just from taking a shower. it was like taking a shower with the door wide open almost except I had the door shut the whole time.

Great view and basic room amenity expectations - tv, mini fridge, microwave, soap and shampoo. Balcony, fireplace, and pool keep us coming back. Pool towels (helps not drip water to room.)

No elevator and not told exactly which stairs to take to your room to be able to get everything up. Limited parking. Cleanliness- I left the tip envelope in the dust on the microwave shelf. The sheets had other people's hair. 1 towel per person (bring your own.) Pool towels are actually dish towels material.

Very clean, free parking, good wifi, right on beach with easy access. Beds were comfortable. It's so hard to keep coastal properties clean and looking fresh, they need constant maintenance- this place appears to have a fresh coat of paint, our room was mold free, wasn't damp, and looked very fresh. Only issues was toilet kept running, and screen was bent with a tear. But for the price this was an excellent value and we will return.

Can't beat the location with beautiful views. Staff was excellent and responsive to something as trivial as the fireplace wasn't working and were happy to move our room to one working. Balcony chairs were provided, plenty of space and the indoor pool and hot tub were lovely. Everything was clean and fresh. Very happy with this motel and would absolutely stay again.

It needs some updating and minor touches, but we saw them working on that while we checked out.

I always have a great experience coming here the facilities are always clean the staff is always nice the gentleman on the weekends at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this location and Facilities. The pool and hot tub were absolutely wonderful and was very clean as well. I will definitely be back in the future again for future stays, beautiful ocean view right from the room.

The room was very clean, and we were especially surprised that the sliding glass door was so clean that I could take pictures through it! The view was fantastic; the walk down the stairs to the beach was short; the beach was beautiful and many different species of birds were identified.

Our next stay will be on a lower floor. We're getting older so the three flights up was sometimes grueling...however, the view from up there was phenomenal!

I love being right on the beach, I loved the jacuzzi by the window!

They told us upon arrival (a little early) our room wasn't ready, although they told us our room number at that time, and said we would get a text when it was ready and cleaned. We sat outside the room for 2 hours and nobody came in or out "to clean" then I called and the guy at the front desk lied and said they "just finished cleaning" which was an obvious lie because we had been at the door the entire time from first asking to calling 2 hours later. I just thought this was very unprofessional and unnecessary.
