Loved the staff... very friendly! The room was so cute and spacious! It felt like there was a hallway in front of the bathroom so it gave the illusion of spaciousness. Everything was clean and decorated so nice. Bed was great, maybe a touch on the firm side for me but I slept just fine. We couldn't find a window that opened so we could get a breeze so we were thankful for the ceiling fan. No AC but that's typical for rentals along the coast. We didn't need it, I brought my own fan. The staff told us there was a small window we could have opened but we hadn't seen it but oh well. TV was great but we didn't realize we could move it (it's on a swivel mount) until after our necks were cricked (it was on the right wall). Got HBO and Max channels which was awesome, I hate commercials. First floor units only which I love since I don't have to deal with people walking overhead. Great parking right in front of our room, minimal street noise and just across from the bay and beach. Would highly recommend and we would stay again! The only downside was no view of the beach but if you don't mind it, the location is great, right when you get into Lincoln City and it's close to everything. Great price!

They should tell guests there's a window that can be opened. The refrigerator door handle broke off almost immediately. TV on right side which can be moved with swivel mount, still, it would be nice if it was centered in front of the bed. Bed a little too firm for me but not too bad.

We really enjoy being greeted by the front desk employee he is helpful and very informative about the Inn and the staff. This was our second time booking a room 16 at Captain Cook Inn in Lincoln City our room was clean and neat the bathroom was very clean and showed no signs of mold or dirty corners as ive seen even in higher end facilites the tub/shower looked inviting and was free of stains and a hair clogged drain which was extremely nice and the linens were folded and arranged neatly aswell overall our room was perfect and we highly recomend CAPTAIN COOK INN for a quiet clean relaxing stay..thank you captain for a pleasurable stay.!!!!

The apartment like unit was very spacious and very homey! We were on the bottom level with a kitchen and a separate bedroom with two queen beds and a sitting area in addition to the living room/dining area. It was very quiet and perfect for the watercolor/colored pencil art getaway weekend that we enjoyed! The separate bedroom area allowed for early birds to slip out to the living room area without disturbing the later risers as well as giving the night owls the opportunity to extend their day without disrupting someone wishing to retire early.

Can not think of a thing! We are planning to return again, as soon as our schedules allow!

The gentleman that checked us in was a hoot. He was older and was very willing to help where needed. It was one of the few places that accepted dogs. There's a huge area to take them out to go potty. It was an older facility, had all the amenities, small kitchen, etc. It was very clean and quiet.

The only thing that I had a problem with was the king size bed. I had to use the provided steps to get in! It was a ways off the floor. I'm an oldster, so it probably had alot to do with that. Also, the bottom fitted sheet was not big enough and kept coming off. The bed itself was very comfortable. It is an older facility, and it shows, but it's been kept clean and comfortable.

The motel is conveniently located by lots of places including the casino. The casino is right next to the public beach entrance. I loved that the suite came with a full kitchen including pots, pans, plates, and utensils.

The room got a little hot even using the box fans. And the bed was on a tall bed frame. I was able to get up okay but my partner who is shorter than me needed to use the mini steps. The bed itself was wonderful and comfortable. .

it was extremely cozy and very comfortable. we had a kitchen and it was awesome, fully stocked with everything we needed, all we needed to bring was food! it was wonderful! the bed was very very comfortable and the sheets were the softest!

a broom in the room would have been good just to keep the sand swept up. could use more shelf or space in bathroom for toiletries.

The fact that booking.com can't seem to figure out how to include the city and county taxes in this...that is not the hotel's fault the hotel has told booking.com about this issue booking.com said oh we can't be bothered to fix this.... It would be nice of booking.com to get off their asses and fix their mistake Otherwise the Hotel will have to keep charging people for the city taxes that booking.com should be taking out but they don't

Location was excellent for our needs. We enjoyed the retro feel of the motel, good value.

Booking.com fails to collect all taxes when they take payment. Owner must explain and collect at arrival. He has tried to get Booking.com to fix this, but no success.. One of our units (11) has the extra bedroom, it had no sound barrier to the next room and all the sounds from other guests were so loud it prevented sleep. Perhaps adjoining door could be replaced with thicker sound insulating door.

Loved our large room. King bed was very comfortable and the kitchen area was awesome. Very clean and inviting, super friendly staff. This place is an excellent value.

Our room was room 1, and it’s very close to the highway. It was a little loud. The staff did provide ear plugs which we didn’t use. Also, was wishing there was a second lock on the door, a deadbolt or even a chain.

The room was updated with new flooring in the bedroom and new bedding, furniture, lamps, and decor. The Memory foam bed was super comfortable, and the exterior was cheery with its yellow façade and planted flowers. Great property for the money and we’ll definitely return.

The bathroom vintage tile floor needed a good scrubbing.
