We loved the location, right on the beach! The room was cozy and beds comfortable. The staff was very friendly and fun. The only things we think could have been improved was that it was hard to see the ocean through the windows and the location of the hot tub made the seats out from under the cover and in the rain and there was shrubbery that needed to be cut back otherwise you were looking through the bushes at the ocean. The room was a little dirty…dusty everywhere and splatters on the walls and baseboards. Felt it could have had a little more TLC for almost $300/night but we still enjoyed a stormy night on the coast with a great location!

Great location, especially nice with pets to be able to walk to the beach so easily. Was also wonderful to have the option to hop in the car on rainy days and have a quick escape when kiddos get cold/wet! Beautiful views, spent hours in the comfort of bed watching the waves. Also, water pressure in the shower was truly glorious.

Some small details about the room—large burner on the hot plate wouldn’t turn on, the small one took ages to boil water for a simple dinner. The faucet in the bathroom was in reverse (turning the red side was cold and the blue was hot). Shower had a constant drip. The ceiling light in the living room was an ugly fluorescent tone that didn’t match the warmth of the lamps, it also wouldn’t turn off 100% and left a faint glow all night long. None of these huge problems, but impeded the feeling like I was having a truly “luxury” stay at the coast :).

Fantastic view and right next to beach access to a wonderful beach with tide pools. Dog station on the way there (lucky for us as we ran out of poo bags!) Lots of parking and the only sound we heard at night was the ocean (huge bonus) Obviously updated room (love the hard surface as I'm creeped out by carpets in hotel rooms) with lots of space and a huge counter to spread out our stuff on. Many toiletries and towels in the bath.

TV just had no signal but I didn't contact the front desk because I wasn't there to watch tv. The view was so good that there were forehead prints on the glass, so I might recommend cleaning those off is added to the cleaning list. Grout on the floor in the bathroom could use a good scrub and resealing, but that is being kind of picky.

The view of the beach and ocean was exceptional. The kitchenette was a nice feature and helped save money on the food budget. The host in the office was very nice and explained everything well. It was an awesome experience. If I ever wanted to stay in Lincoln City again I would stay there.

We needed a broom and dustpan in the room. Wood floors and as we tracked in sand we were walking through sand on the floor for the several days we were there. The view was awesome but the windows were always foggy or water condensation between the panes so it obstructed the great view.

Fantastic staff!! Best experience my partner and I have ever had at a hotel, period! So accommodating, caring, kind and real! Will be returning and making it our choice hotel to stay when we visit Lincoln City. Bed was the most comfortable we've had. Hot tub and view, AMAZING. I wish I knew the name of the lady who checked us in, so I can give her the praise she deserves. All I can say for her is: You are wonderful and made our special time exceptional. Thank you for everything! We will return!

Everything was wonderful!!

We had a great view of the ocean/beach. Although, we were not able to walk on the beach as planned coz twas raining. The rooms were clean and spacious. We were upgraded to the 3rd level with kitchen. The beds were comfy and the bathroom had enough towels. There were even makeup remover wipes provided (an extra excellent add-on). Def, would love to stay there again.

The steps were uncovered. Twas raining and windy, so it was a bit of a challenge to walk up and down the steps. The steps are safe though with good railings.

The room was spacious and the amenities were good. Great view of the beach and beach access was right by the hotel.

We stayed in the cottage. The wifi was very poor. Honesty we think a simply range extender would remedy the problem since when we stood by the hot tub or outside the unit we didn't have a problem. Also my husband is a larger man and the main set of stairs going to the unit seemed a little unsteady.

The view and the closeness to the beach was very accessable and family friendly. there were options to access the beach stairs or driveway.

I think the garbage cans were not as visable in the room and I think having multiple would be helpful. I wish there was a tv in the single room because I do not watch the same things as the kids.

Great location! Staff is always very nice and the lady who works on the weekend Phillis, not sure how to spell it, is super friendly & helpful. We stay here several times a year. It feels like our home away from home.

It is an older properly but they have been fixing stuff up slowly over the years that we’ve been going there. Hot water can run out on busy weekends.

Last time we stayed there the room was stinky and the furniture was gross. They improved the place a great deal with new furniture since our last visit New flooring and new counters. The room didn't smell stinky at all.

The cabin comes with a hot tub but for some reason there is not a single hook to hang a towel on in the bathroom or anywhere else in the cabin. There is not enough Lighting in the bathroom the new mirror does not provide sufficient lighting. The room is very dark it had hanging ceiling lamps over the dining table area before which is now been replaced by a desk. Also we were continually interrupted by people coming up to the patio door. There is no curtain on the patio door we had people that kept on bending in half to even look into our room from the deck above us which was very intrusive and really killed the mood of our anniversary weekend. I would suggest more lighting more Hooks and curtains over that patio door are definitely needed.
