The view of the ocean was excellent! We loved being able to sit on the chairs inside the room and just look out and enjoy it. The balcony does get in the way of the view when sitting on indoor chairs but we didn't mind. It's there for a reason!

We stayed on the 2nd floor and you can here the foot traffic on the floor above and the surrounding floors. Next time, we will opt to stay on the 3rd floor. The cleaning crew was very loud and we weren't able to enjoy a mid day nap or to relax in a quiet space because of the vacuum and shuffling . We know they were just doing their job and they were good at it since we were impressed with the cleanliness of the room.

We've stayed here multiple times. Never a problem. Whenever we arrived early,no problem. Room s are clean,spacious. I defy you to find a better view. There is a spacious deck for nice weather. Every room has the same view with a large clean patio type door and window Who goes to Lincoln City just to sit in a hotel room? The basics are there. Comfortable bed tv love seat and chairs to sit and watch the sun set . Or the moon set. Stairs right to the beach,and tidal pools for 1st class beach combing. Mornings you have Good coffee,fresh fruits muffins rolls and oatmeal.

Not getting younger.? 3rd floor rooms might be a hassle. I'm 67, For me so far so good

This place was great! I enjoyed the views from the room, the accessibly to the beach (there was private access via stairs down to the beach) and the spaciousness of the room. There was plenty of seating area so I didn't have to just sit on my bed. There was a desk to do my work at, chairs to sit by the window and enjoy the view and a nice little chaise to watch some TV from. There was also a bidet!

There was no elevator which made it really difficult as I had to make multiple trips up and down with luggage. Breakfast items were days old/very hard. I knew this when booking, but this would be the complete package if there was a pool.

Location was awesome, ocean view from room was great, as well as the patio/lounge area with fire pits to sit and relax and listen to the waves. I was pleasantly surprised with this place. I was a solo traveler this trip, and the room was perfect for that. I was also surprised by the bidet on the toilet, heated seat, etc. Not a common thing in this area, but that was a nice surprise, too, if you choose to try or use it.

The bed frame was like a tin, when my foot hit it, it was clanky, but a very minor thing really.

We loved the room. It was very clean and cozy. The bed was very comfy and the hot water never ran out when filling the huge jacuzzi tub. Our favorite part was definitely the private deck and we spent most of our stay out there just relaxing and watching the sunsets.

The only complaint is the lack of privacy. Right outside our sliding glass door(only window) was the walk way to the beach which people used all day and evening which for the most part no big deal but it meant we couldn't enjoy the view while soaking in the jacuzzi. And it got very stuffy when we did close up the room to use it. This was honestly a very minor drawback though and we loved our stay!

The staff here was super nice, they were so helpful and made you feel welcome at check in, she was so nice. The hotel parking is a little crowded but, it was good enough. The have coffee and pastries for you in the mornings, its not a breakfast but, its nice that they offer that. Once you get to the room the view was AMAZING. we loved it so much. it had a small balcony where we could look out and see the sunset. The hotel has its own private entry to the beach which was a huge plus. for the price it was an amazing room and we would definitely stay here again.

The room could have been a little cleaner. there was hairs on the shower wall and on the floor. lots of sand also which I understand since its right on the beach. The bed was not very comfortable, the fireplace did not turn on and i ended up not using the spa in the room because even after washing 3 times so much dirt came out of the jets. Next time ill just get a room with no spa. because despite all this you cant beat the view, we loved it so much well be back here. The staff also made up for it she was so nice, we had the lady in the front who speaks Spanish and she was amazing.

Great location right on the beach. Lovely ocean views from the room. Very comfy memory foam bed. Newly remodelled and lvp flooring is so much better than carpet. Really enjoyed sitting watching the ocean out the window. Several comfy sitting areas outside.

Upon arrival our room smelled strongly of fragranced deodorizer . I have allergies to that stuff and instantly my throat seized up. Fortunately we were able to leave the door and window open while we sat outside for a couple hours and the ocean breeze basically eliminated the smell. This wud not work in the colder months though so it's important to call ahead and advise of any fragrance/cleaning product allergies or sensitivities.

First time staying at this hotel and I will be back. The ground level rooms with a deck are fantastic. I could watch the ocean and people below from the warm room or step outside for a open closer view. The space was big and very clean. I loved having separate sleeping areas, and the bathroom was large. Love they have fire pits lit by request in the back common area. I would recommend room 112 as it was in the corner and had the biggest deck space :)

Stairs to the beach are not disability friendly. There is no elevator. The deck fence blocked the sea view if you sat on the low chairs (so you had to stand). The sofa bed was really uncomfortable as there is a metal bar through the middle, and it creaked all night if you moved. The price was a bit high for one night.

Loved the view and the fire pit seating area in the court yard. Wasn’t able to use it due to weather, but hope to on another stay! The bed was super comfy, we had great night’s sleep, a must for a relaxing stay!! The heated toilet seat was amazing! We had a room with a kitchen and it was well stocked with utensils and a delight to cook in!! It was super quiet and a delightful reprieve from normal noisy day to day life!

The shower was a little narrow and the shower head was WAY too high and didn’t have a hand held option, so it was really hard to rinse off well. The metal bed frame was a little noisy. The fireplace didn’t work because the pilot light kept going out. Would love to see a lamp in the room instead of all the overhead LED lighting

The updates look great! The bidet and warmed toilet seat was a nice surprise! The location is great! The deck had some chairs to enjoy the beautiful view with fire tables. However, they didn't have any propane tanks. Great hotel but for the price? It's a little high for what you get.

The floors were full of sand. Bring slippers for your room. The bed and pillows are lumpy. Seems as though they keep stuffing it while leaving the old still and we woke up very sore. The fireplace is a great idea! However, don't expect heat or flames from it. Just a hint of light comes out of it, they have it turned way down! If we are having to start paying spring prices, the hotel should also be ready for spring weather. It was a gorgeous weekend and the hotel was full. But no one was on the deck because the fire tables weren't on and the chairs had to be unstacked to use. They list out what they don't have both at booking and during check in, and it's a LONG list!! It doesn't give the warmest feeling or makes me feel they are excited to have guests. No thank yous or enjoy your stays.
