Spacious, clean, bed was comfy, TV was great. Loved the kitchenette and the VALUE for money! Hardwood floors. Lots of space. Quiet too. Super close to the beach ( 3 min drive ) and many great restaurants. Had a firepit outside. Parking was super easy.

There was a very small stain on the toilet seat when we got there that one of us accidentally sat in. The main window to the room didn't lock which was a security concern. The wifi had no password protection. There was a slight dog smell in the unit, you could tell people had stayed there with their dog. But it wasn't a huge deal.

Nice place. Very convenient, right off 101. Despite proximity to the main drag, still very quiet. Nice little park area behind the back building (there are two) for pets, picnicking, just hanging out. The room was a good size, plenty of space. I thought the bed was great, but my wife found it too soft. Same with the shower; I thought it was fine, she felt is was weak. Nice staff, very helpful. I enjoyed reading about the history of the location on their website. Modern, but still has its 1940's charm.

Nothing, really. The room smelled a little musty when we first entered, but being so close to the ocean, that's kind of a given. Was fine after going in and out of the door a couple times. No A/C, if someone wants to know, but Lincoln City rarely gets warm enough to need that.

Loved the staff... very friendly! The room was so cute and spacious! It felt like there was a hallway in front of the bathroom so it gave the illusion of spaciousness. Everything was clean and decorated so nice. Bed was great, maybe a touch on the firm side for me but I slept just fine. We couldn't find a window that opened so we could get a breeze so we were thankful for the ceiling fan. No AC but that's typical for rentals along the coast. We didn't need it, I brought my own fan. The staff told us there was a small window we could have opened but we hadn't seen it but oh well. TV was great but we didn't realize we could move it (it's on a swivel mount) until after our necks were cricked (it was on the right wall). Got HBO and Max channels which was awesome, I hate commercials. First floor units only which I love since I don't have to deal with people walking overhead. Great parking right in front of our room, minimal street noise and just across from the bay and beach. Would highly recommend and we would stay again! The only downside was no view of the beach but if you don't mind it, the location is great, right when you get into Lincoln City and it's close to everything. Great price!

They should tell guests there's a window that can be opened. The refrigerator door handle broke off almost immediately. TV on right side which can be moved with swivel mount, still, it would be nice if it was centered in front of the bed. Bed a little too firm for me but not too bad.

We really enjoy being greeted by the front desk employee he is helpful and very informative about the Inn and the staff. This was our second time booking a room 16 at Captain Cook Inn in Lincoln City our room was clean and neat the bathroom was very clean and showed no signs of mold or dirty corners as ive seen even in higher end facilites the tub/shower looked inviting and was free of stains and a hair clogged drain which was extremely nice and the linens were folded and arranged neatly aswell overall our room was perfect and we highly recomend CAPTAIN COOK INN for a quiet clean relaxing stay..thank you captain for a pleasurable stay.!!!!

The apartment like unit was very spacious and very homey! We were on the bottom level with a kitchen and a separate bedroom with two queen beds and a sitting area in addition to the living room/dining area. It was very quiet and perfect for the watercolor/colored pencil art getaway weekend that we enjoyed! The separate bedroom area allowed for early birds to slip out to the living room area without disturbing the later risers as well as giving the night owls the opportunity to extend their day without disrupting someone wishing to retire early.

Can not think of a thing! We are planning to return again, as soon as our schedules allow!

The rooms are very cute! The beds are comfortable. The man that checked us in was funny and friendly. The location is good.

Trying to take a left out of the parking lot is difficult. You can hear people in the other rooms pretty well. We weren't sure if we were sharing the kitchen with the room next door. The doors made it seem like we were so we didn't use it because we didn't want to be in anyone's way.

The gentleman that checked us in was a hoot. He was older and was very willing to help where needed. It was one of the few places that accepted dogs. There's a huge area to take them out to go potty. It was an older facility, had all the amenities, small kitchen, etc. It was very clean and quiet.

The only thing that I had a problem with was the king size bed. I had to use the provided steps to get in! It was a ways off the floor. I'm an oldster, so it probably had alot to do with that. Also, the bottom fitted sheet was not big enough and kept coming off. The bed itself was very comfortable. It is an older facility, and it shows, but it's been kept clean and comfortable.

The building and kitchen appliances were old but all in working condition. The bathroom was renovated although you can see the heater was aged and you can see the old age of the building "at the seams". However, everything was really clean and the bed, very comfortable. The heaters may be old but they surely worked.

The rust that came with the age of the kitchen and the building but again, everything was in working order and very clean.

The motel is conveniently located by lots of places including the casino. The casino is right next to the public beach entrance. I loved that the suite came with a full kitchen including pots, pans, plates, and utensils.

The room got a little hot even using the box fans. And the bed was on a tall bed frame. I was able to get up okay but my partner who is shorter than me needed to use the mini steps. The bed itself was wonderful and comfortable. .

Very friendly staff especially the owner but even the housekeepers. Beds and bedding were more like staying at a friend's house instead of commercial bedding you get in most hotels(way more comfortable!!!) Meticulously clean, cozy and well appointed for the price point. More comfortable, cleaner and nicer than the comfortable inn for a little less money!!!

Needed a hot tub, but thats literally just a nitpicking detail.
