I could sit on the bed, and see and hear the ocean, wonderful.

I didn’t have any issues at all, because i love to walk. Someone who doesn’t like to walk or cannot do stairs well, might have a problem. I would sometimes do 3 beach walks a day, and from the sand to my floor, there were 91 stairs….but i was on the 6th floor by my request. No air conditioning, but a nice size fan, though quite dirty. It is strange to check in, and get supplies, you have to go three doors down to the Starfish manor, with what looks like an air B&B in between. Shower was clean, except they should pop the metal center once in awhile and clean under it. You could see the black creeping around the edge. Staff, cleaning, and maintenance were all very pleasant.

I needed an affordable place to spend the night after deciding against a nighttime drive back home. I found Beachfront Manor on Booking.com, reserved a room, and had a great night. Room was very cozy and clean, with a small gas fireplace. In the morning, I was treated to the excellent ocean view from my room and enjoyed some time on the beach (crazy stairs, though.)

The stairs down to the beach could have been lit somewhat better. Parking was a little confusing, as was locating the room. Otherwise, nothing to complain about and a great place to stay in Lincoln City.

Only thing was the hot tub was cold when we checked in! It took 3 hours to heat before we could use it! That was a bummer! The robes were gross and used but I called and they fixed it right away! So over all good! Everyone has bad days or trying to rush so I understand! I stay here a lot and this was the fist time this has ever happened!

Nice, clean, comfortable.

There was sand on the floor....not a ton and I am sure it is hard given the location but when you walk to the bath at night you had to wipe your feet before bed. Other guests were a bit disrespectful about rule regarding trash, smoking etc. The staff were VERY nice and accomodating. They have to deal with humans who are not as nice.

The room was cozy. They offered two bottles of water complementary in the room. Their coffee brand was Wolfgang puck, which is great quality coffee, very clean, side, ocean view, which was plenty to see from the room. Excellent customer service with the staff restaurants very close by very quiet and family orientated environment, if I can give them 100 stars, I would give them 1000 if I could excellent quality worth the price. The only sad thing is that I know I will never get this same expectation of my next hotels through Priceline at this price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️

It was hard to find the address at first it was confusing

We had an ocean view, were steps from the beach, the bed was comfortable, and the fireplace was a nice touch, too. The staff was friendly and helpful, the property felt safe and the other people staying there were friendly. It's at a great location in Lincoln City and minutes from anywhere you want to go. Booking.com is way to go -- prices through the hotel were much more expensive.

The room was very small, which didn't really bother us because we didn't spend much time in it but it's worth mentioning. It still had closet space, a little desk, and decent countertop space in the bathroom area so really everything you need. The coffee could be better!

I liked that it was right on the beach. Great view, and access. loved the ambiance of the fireplace once I got it working. loved my hot tub right on the patio, it is the main reason I keep coming back!

fireplace was was hard to get started with the remote. I had to look up the instructions online, none were included in the room. bathroom was awkward and very tiny. wish the hot tub was completely covered, but I know some of the others are. Table in the room is way too small for two people to eat at.

The bed was quite comfortable and the hot tub was a wonderful feature. If your looking for a quite relaxing stay as a couple I highly recommend Beachfront.

Honestly, I enjoyed everything. This was everything I was looking for. We wanted a quiet stay, and the hot tub really drew us to this room. They provided a fan in the room, which was nice cause I do enjoy sleeping with a fan. There is no AC in the room, which is why they provide the fan, so it may get a little warm in the summer. There is no lobby at this particular hotel. It is owned by the Starfish, which is right next door to Beachfront. Check-in at the Starfish is quick and easy and a very short walk.

The rooms are clean, the water pressure is very nice, and the beds are comfy! The hot tubs are clean. There is a decent amount space in the rooms.

The shower and bathroom are very small. The shower leaked on the bathroom floor.

It’s close proximity to the beach , and it’s overall quiet and chill vibe, AND the fact that OPB was available on the tv.

it’s grey color interior, and the tv, though decent size was placed too high on the wall. And Look gangthe whole status of motel coffee has taken a turn for the crappy! the Wolfgang Puck coffee tasted chemically and powdered creamer?? the whole coffee experience at your property and all the others is NOT in alignment with this Seattle coffee consumer!🤣 that said, given the corporate cost cutting nature of our times, I just don’t see the coffee thing changing. sad but true. thing is, coffee is so readily available just about everywhere, but one has to leave one’s room to get it. but everybody has different expectations on the matter as well. end of statement. Lastly, the technical side of this page, won’t let me edit. that sucks.
