lumpy mattresses..TV channels were lacking for sports games..Roots sport,ESPN channels..We are older so these things matter to us..We had a top floor unit but elevator was out..Being disabled would not allow me to climb all those stairs up & down..They did have a bottom floor unit to put us in Thankfully..But it wasn't the top floor we requested when booking room..So if they didn't have that room it would've ruin the father's day trip I planned..We've stayed here many times over the years & I feel we should've gotten a discount or free night for this issue..

Conveniently located. Great room …we had a family suite and it was perfect for 3 women traveling together. Each had our own bed and a sitting area for happy hour and chatting. Staff was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. Chris was the best and gets 3 Gold Stars!

Breakfast needed fruit and weekend staff needed to keep up on muffins and things. The toaster set up needs to be improved. If both toasters were in use it would trip the electricity and nothing would work. The housekeeping staff left a bit to be desired and did not clean our room when asked but when we called down about it, someone (Chris) came right away and met our needs. Management is in the process of hiring a new team and I’m sure they will get it handled.

The staff was nice, great selections for breakfast, and I actually slept really well on the bed. Our room face the beach and it was nice waking up in the morning, standing out on the deck and seeing the beauty.

I think the hotel was shortstaffed when we arrived, because when we got to our room, we didn’t have any towels to take a shower. I just went downstairs to the front desk and they gave me some towels. There was something wrong with our TV and it wasn’t connecting. Someone at the front desk had to come up and connected properly. And then we shut it off and the same thing happened again in the next day. We figured it out so it wasn’t that big of a deal

Our stay was wonderful! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the room was amazing—especially with the private balcony. At night, we could hear frogs and the soothing sound of ocean waves, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was having access to the pool late at night. The breakfast was mediocre at best—I wish there had been more healthy options available. That said, the staff in the breakfast room was very sweet and helpful, which made the experience more pleasant.

The breakfast is so good and delicious. This is the second time my caregiver and I have stayed at this place. I discovered another reason I love this place, I lost my keys to room (Thankfully my caregiver had the other one.) When we went to check out. I am not certain if it was the cleaning crew or other friendly vacationers that stayed there. Whoever it was, they were very truthful and kind to return to the front desk for me!! Thank you. The room was nice, comfortable set up and clean, they do great work, no complaints. I loved the side tables, and the two comfortable chair you could choose to sit on to read a book or play games on your phone. I Loved that the TV was huge plus they had a DVD player to watch movies. You can bring your own movies to watch or borrow a movie or two from the place. They have a wonderful selection of movies for all ages! This time they had soap to wash hands did not have to buy your own, shampoo and conditioner and hairdryer in the restroom. The cleanliness was above and beyond! We were first on the third floor, we did not realize to ask for a room with a balcony. We went to front desk, at no extra charge we were able to get a room with a balcony! I love the new chairs they have for the balcony, the other ones were easy to sit in, but very hard to get out of, the new ones are perfect size! Oh the parking lot is flat, and not on a huge hill like some of the other places have which is a huge plus for us.

Not to much of a downside about the place. Though the beds were squeaky to get in and out of. I recommend bringing earbuds, if you are sensitive to sounds, if you have a room with more then one bed to not hear the squeakiness. Another good reason to bring ear buds to listen to music or ear plugs. Sometimes it sounds like people are moving furniture in the floor above, or going for a walk every time I woke up. Having ear buds or ear plugs will help with that issue. Loved the place to much that did not bother us to go back a second time! I can't wait to go back again!

The room and restroom were very well cleaned. The Balcony with two chairs was nice to have be apart of the room. The Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Biscuit & Tasty Gravy, Coffee, different juices, cereals and more was delicious and well worth it, being included in the price. It was nice to see friendly staff in the breakfast room too. Everything we saw at the place was nice and clean. Very friendly cleaning crew, staff, and nice to talk to staff, who also answered are questions about the area. They also have many, many movies to choose from that you can rent to watch on the DVD that you get in your room. We rented from the hotel to watch Twilight, and Harry Potter Clean Restroom: Glad they provide a hair dryer and shampoo and conditioner. So nice to have hangers to hang our clothes, a microwave, a small refrigerator and more in the room.

It sounded like people were walking all night on the top floor above us. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend ear plugs, or head phones to drown out the sound. We were on the second floor with a parking lot view. Plus, could somewhat see the ocean, when it was not a foggy and rainy day. I would stay there again for the price, Though I would ask for the 3rd floor to not hear others walking on the floor above us. There was no soap in the restroom, so would have to ask or bring your own. Another FYI like most places you can hear people other friendly guests walking and talking in the hallways and if your sliding door is open and screen door closed you can hear other friendly guests talking outside.

The pool, breakfast included, location, price.

When we first got checked in, we were put in a pet friendly room, although we were not traveling with pets. I immediately noticed the room smell like pee when I told the front desk they moved us to a non-pet friendly room. The room we got moved to had thick pieces of the ceiling, lifted and draping down from the edges of the bathroom celling fan. Our room ran really warm during our visit. We didn’t use the heat at all and had to open the slider door for cool air. It was annoying in the evening hours, however because a dog in a neighboring yard barked through the night nonstop, two nights in a row.

I appreciate it. It’s location. I needed to stay there for one night as I needed to add extra night to my trip and my other Motel wasn’t ready. So I appreciated that there was a room available and the staff was pleasant, one nice staff member came up and fixed our TV for us. And they were treats for sale down in the lobby and freshwater and to have breakfast there was such a treat.

Well, had I’ve been staying there for a long period of time. I would have wanted it to be right on the beach, but you don’t always get what you want, but you always get what you need.

The family suite was so roomy, very comfortable beds, great amenities. Really appreciated the adult time for the sauna, pool, spa. Hotel staff was very accommodating. Had room set up with special requests proir to my arrival. Had a great snack and movie section to pick from. Their continental breakfast was excellent!!!! Location is fantastic to dining and the beach.. Ada accessible as well with rooms and elevators. This will be the only place I stay at from now on when in Lincoln city.

Nothing it was all great!

I liked how the front desk lady was very friendly when I checked in! It was walking distance to the ocean and near a cute and quiet neighborhood. I love that they allow dogs. The cute sea star pillow gave it an ocean vibe. There were a fridge and microwave, and I loved how they have movies you can rent up front! They had breakfast and coffee, and nice staff.

The first room smelled a little like dog urine, which I would recommend doing a carpet shampooing regularly for the pet rooms. I'm just so glad they allowed pets 😌 The front desk lady was so nice and changed my room without me even asking!
