All the employees we talked to were so kind! Everything was very clean as well and the extra hour for adults only in the pool is amazing! I’m surprised it wasn’t as busy. I have been recommending this hotel to everyone I know! The view was absolutely beautiful as well! Me and my boyfriend celebrated our anniversary and they helped me made it a surprise for him since he always surprises me! It was absolutely beautiful and I would definitely go again!!! Highly recommend to anyone! It’s pretty close to the mall, bars, and the casino. Definitely walking distance to the beach. Thank you to the amazing employees here for making my anniversary a night to remember! <3

Clean and comfortable rooms. A good morning breakfast with lots of food options.

When paying for a room through non-IHG booking group, it stated that there were pet friendly rooms. Yet, when I did get a email response from the Holiday Inn - it stated that there was a 30 lb weight limit for dogs. Remember that this a non-refundable room. It took awhile to be able to speak with a hotel employee to state, "that is no longer their policy - as they accept all dogs".. This email should not have gone out with those pet restrictions listed in the first place.

As expected, this is a standard, clean hotel room. It was easy to access from the highway. Breakfast had various, standard and predictable options. Good for those who want to know what to expect. The pool and hot tub were appreciated when the hot tub was working properly. Laundry was also appreciated. I would stay here again for an overnight stop.

There was a security deposit calculated per night, (which is uncommon for most hotels) in spite of requiring prepayment for the room. This does not create a welcoming feeling. Despite the apparent concern that guests will cause damage, there was a stain on the carpet (it was clean, so no big deal to me, but it is ironic). The hot tub wasn’t hot and the jets didn’t work one night, and when I brought this to the attention at the front desk, the response was basically just a shrug. The breakfast is served on paper plates and plastic utensils (standard for this hotel chain). I would have liked to see the paper and food garbage being composted - not sure if this is an available option in this community.

We had to travel with their two dogs is very pleased with the location of the room in the hotel. It was near a door that led to the dog area where they could go to the restroom and get a little fresh air is very handy extremely close we had no trouble with that, we had an issue with our microwave not working and they took care of that quickly. I like this stuff that they were really nice and enjoyed the food. Had plenty to eat the days we were there. My family ate. Everybody seemed happy. The dogs loved the hotel. They thought it was some kind of fun time with all of us in the same room. Parking was also extremely close to the door in our room so that was very nice. I thought that the hotel was located in a really nice area. It was only a short distance to grocery stores businesses near the beach. I thought it was a excellent spot. We went swimming and enjoyed the pool and the Jacuzzi the other residents all seem to be having a good time as well , I enjoyed everything about this day and I wanna come back. I wanna run away and visit longer. Next time. I really enjoyed Lincoln city as well. I thought it was a nice place. It was our first time staying in Lincoln city we’d only driven through before and stop for a few minutes here and there, but I really would like to explore the area more so we will probably be back again next year For the price of the room, we were able to have our dogs with us as well as the fact that they serve the meal that started at breakfast time and went almost till lunchtime was very nice hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable. The sheets were crisp the pillows were fluffy and perfect, there was a refrigerator microwave and coffee pot provided the shower was very nice as well as the bathroom was plenty of room and storage and I appreciated the extra hooks that hang on the wall near the TV area. That was very nice as well. I also found that the safe was useful to us to be able to lock up our valuables Again I love the hotel. I loved the...

The only issue we had is our microwave didn’t wanna work, but when I went out and talked to the staff, she opened an empty room. I was able to use the microwave. We didn’t complain until the night before we left because we didn’t need it too often, but I thought they were very nice about it

The cleanliness of the room is amazing! The free continental breakfast was good but not great. It was free, though, since it's built into the cost of the room. The hotel is right down the street from Chinook Winds casino like walking distance .4ml. Lots of parking and pool/spa if you're into that. Mini fridge, coffee maker, and micro are always handy to have. The staff was nice and friendly.

The cost of the room was a bit high. The bed is really firm and not very comfortable. There aren't any curtains, except for a pull-down blind that's somewhat see-through, so the sun shines right in your eyes. The curtain option would be nice. The TV was stuck on subtitles, which was annoying.

I like the location. Our family has stayed here for over 15 years in a row. Even when it was Liberty Inn. Definitely use to be a more quiet group that stayed. Breakfast is consistent. Staff is friendly.

The carpets throughout look really stained. Unfortunately we were under someone whos kid i assume sprinted accross the floors for several hours past 9pm and very early the next morning. Was not a relaxing stay.

The room was well appointed and comfortable. It was very clean and had all of the amenities that were needed. The breakfast selection was excellent and a surprising variety was available. That it is on a quiet road yet still very convenient was a pleasant discovery. All of the staff were exceptionally professional and helpful. They even provided a loaner power cord for my cell phone. The level of security was also appreciated.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable but it was not bad. Outside of that, no complaints of any kind.

The room was very nice it had a gas fireplace (too warm to use it that night) nice touch. The TV was a nice size and the room was well laid out. The A/C kept the room at a very comfortable temperature for sleeping. The Breakfast was really fresh and good with choices of scrambled eggs or mini omelets. Fresh cinnamon rolls , pork sausage, turkey sausage and biscuits and gravy a choice of juice and fresh coffee. The parking lot was well lit and parking was easy. We’d stay here again on our next visit to Lincoln City.

Always a great place to stay! Love the front desk lady Kelly! She is always a delight to see and takes care of all our needs. She is fabulous! Comfortable beds. Clean rooms, nice big screen tv nice surroundings, great breakfast food. Hot tub & indoor swimming pool. Close to the beach and to the casino We have been coming for years. Never disappoints always the best place to stay for your money. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😊

The tv went out due to bad weather no reception for 2 hours. It couldn’t be helped and the elevator went out at 3 pm till noon the next day they got it fixed. Sometimes things happen no control. They got it fixed. As soon as possible 😊

The breakfast was great. The fireplace in the rooms did not have flames. The beds were soft, not firm enough. The maid did an excellent job! The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. I asked for top floor rooms when i booked the rooms which we did not get. As a result it sounded like so.eone upstairs was doing jumping Jack's after 11pm.

Not being on the 4th floor was an issue. In the future, we would not stay there if we can't get rooms on the 4th floor. There was a bus of high school kids staying which were quite loud in their rooms.
