The room was actually pretty nice and better than we thought it would be. It had a full view of the ocean, and was surprisingly very quiet. We were pleased that the hotel was "adults only" in that there were no small children to be screaming and running around (a common happening as parents "tune out" their children too often). The room had a lot of light, and was comfortable. It was a bit odd that there was no standard room service (cleaning, etc.) but it was also nice because we never felt rushed to leave, etc. Overall, we will definitely stay here again.

There were very few thing to not like, and most were minor. Neither the AC nor fireplace seemed to work in our room (and it got warm during the day, even in the late spring). And I wish there was a coffee bar in the hotel -- yes, they did provide some complimentary coffee, but one weak cup does not work when you are used to multiple shots of espresso each day. Maybe a small espresso bar in the lobby -- that would generate income and be a great service to the customers. Also, the beds were decent, but were full spring-style that seems to be going the way of the dinosaur. Also, parking was a bit iffy, but there seemed to be some construction going on, so not a huge issue.

Our room was fantastic as always! The jetted tub/spa bath in room is always a plus! We enjoy the fresh air, the ocean views, hot baths all day and night! Separate bathrooms are also amazing in size and lovely shower! The staff is super friendly and offering lovers special, wine/champagne and other options to be placed in your room upon arrival. The staff is super convenient, sweet and caring. We stay here every chance we get, (whenever we don't have our dog) as Starfish is a no pet & adult only hotel! Highly recommend!

I wish they did buffet breakfast, i do certainly understand why they don't, but for guest who don't mind breakfast with others, I think it would bring in more of the older generations as well.

We LOVED the fact that this is an adult’s only hotel. We instantly felt the calmness and serenity in the absence of kids. The room was gorgeous, bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathtub overlooking the ocean was probably my favorite spot in the entire room. The staff were AMAZING. Each and every one of them always had a smile and a warm, welcoming demeanor. Staff was incredibly friendly, and very attentive and accommodating to anything we needed during our stay. We loved this place so much that we added an extra night to our stay.

Nice staff, housekeeping do a great job at keeping the place very clean. We liked how quiet this place is. Great location and gorgeous rooms. The ocean view rooms are essential. The jet tub and gas fireplace are very nice. We like that children under 12 are not allowed. Great place for a romantic time away!

Little on the spendy side. The shower we had leaked terribly. The shower curtain was not long enough and too light weight. Water was all over the bathroom floor. Although two shower heads was cool the shower heads are not so great and the bathroom vanity is way to small.

View was great, with balcony and view from tub. Very quite, we really liked no children. Bed was good and the shower with two heads was great.

Room was very warm, we had to keep door open to keep room down to 73 to sleep at night. As with many hotels why such short toilets we felt like we were in grade school. No beach access from hotel was a bummer but not too far from access.

This was our 1st stay at Starfish Manor. We were pleasantly surprised with the service and amenities at such a reasonable price! The Ocean View from our conner room was amazing! We loved and enjoyed the fire place and the jacuzzi. The complimentary robes were a very pleasant surprise. The staff and the guests were all so friendly! It was very quiet and peaceful. Plus there was easy access to the beach within 1/2 block from the property! My husband said, "This place is Lincoln's City's best kept secret! We will definitely return next year, if not sooner!

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like. However, if there was a dinning area or even vending machines with drinks/snack/sandwiches/salads, that would have been icing on the cake!

Loved the Jacuzzi with the view of the ocean! And the robes added a romantic touch. Also thought the double headed shower was cute!

The TV remote was basically broken, all the buttons were barely working. It made it a pain to try and find something to watch and we eventually just gave up. I think for the cost of the stay it would be nice to not encounter an issue like this, but we still made the best of our time regardless. The only other issue was no AC. They did provide a box fan but there are no windows so we just had to keep our balcony door open to let cooler air in.

The view was lovely. It was really nice to have the jetted tub to soak in after our long drive. The room was spacious and decorated very nicely, and the gas fireplace made it more like home. The double head shower was awesome! There was a lovely private grass area with chairs to sit and enjoy the ocean view outside of the room's sliding door, but, unfortunately, it was snowing & stormy, so we didn't get to enjoy it. I think, next time, coming when the weather is nicer, & bringing a bunch of our poofy body pillows for the bed, would make our next stay closer to a solid 10.0...lol.

The bed was a bit too firm for both of us. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch at 4 am, because it made his back hurt so much. Two of the jets on the tub didn't work right, but otherwise, it was great. It was a bit noisy at times. I think the storage area or something was in the same end of the wing, because every so often, throughout the night, a door would slam, or we'd hear other very loud noises that didn't seem related to another visitor.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay — everything was even better than we expected! The view from the balcony was so breathtaking, it literally took our breath away. The jacuzzi was perfectly placed near the balcony, allowing us to enjoy the ocean view right from the warm bath. The bed was amazing, and everything — absolutely everything — was top-notch. We can’t wait to come back again!

The facility and services are the best in town. Purchased the romance package with Rose pedals, champagne, and chocolate. Mad the experience unforgettable. And the views from the balcony are unbelievable. Thank you staff.

Bed was very hard. Wife and I woke up with back pain every day. It was like sleeping on a box spring. I forgot to mention to staff before leaving. I'm sure if I had they would have addressed it. The other rooms we have stayed in were great beds.
