Appealing color scheme, tastefully decorated, location ideal, view of ocean unsurpassed, fire pits outside with wind break perfectly placed, welcoming staff, good coffee!

Breakfast was disappointing, Eggs and potatoes were cold, waffles were tasteless.

Everything.. the location is fantastic. Pup friendly. Our ground level room for pup potty breaks was so clean and perfect for our weekend stay. We could enjoy the ocean view and watch the sun set from the patio. We didn't use the outside sitting space with firepits cause it was too wet out, but it was beautiful to look at from our room. We took some adult time after 9 p.m. to enjoy the heated pool and hot tub. So refreshing after long walks on the beach and outlet mall. The breakfast that was provided was wonderful. The choices eggs, biscuits, gravy, and sausage were worth getting up for. Even the choice in cereals. I'll try the waffles next time.

I just feel bad for the clean up, since it was so wet and muddy that the pups tracked in a lot of wet muddy paws.

Great location, and it was fantastic to have such a beautiful view and in-room fireplace. The room was so comfortable, that instead of going out for dinner, we picked up a bottle of wine, ordered take-out and had dinner in our room with the ambiance of the fireplace and ocean view. The complimentary breakfast was excellent.

The only thing at all negative is that I had a first floor room, so you could hear people walking above. This was completely made-up for by that fact first floor rooms have large balcony doors opening to the beach, so you can walk right out of your room and onto the beach. The staff of the hotel and provided courtesy ear plugs, I used them and slept like a baby.

the Breakfast was really good. the coffee ran short side the first day. the view was awesome and the fire pits and the pool and the spa . your staff was very friendly to everyone.

the washer machine could only be used on one setting and there wasn't nothing posted about it so we didn't know about it and it took extra money to dry after hand ringing everything out.by hand. there should have hade something posted about it in the laundry room and or guest should be told about the washer in the laundry room at check inn. that was the only thing we didn't like.

The view of the ocean from the room, and sitting by the fire pits was great.The free breakfast has a number of different choices. The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfy and lots of room. The beach was within walking distance, with a steep walkway down to it. Location was good and parking was great. Check in staff was great, and unknown discount was applied when they saw I was a Veteran.

Nothing comes to mind. Work out facilities were good. Always coffee and tea were available. Really have nothing negative to add.

The view was incredible and the hot breakfast was simply amazing. I also loved the bed and trusted the cleanliness of the bedding, which is comforting.

The whistle of the wind was very loud - having a room inset/down a hallway created a wind tunnel that was very loud. Rolling up a towel to place at the door jam helped. I also didn't like the bathroom door being a slide-in, noises aren't blocked out and the fan didn't help much. The workout room ventilation was so poor, I was dripping in sweat after just a few minutes.

As hotels go, it was what everyone would expect: clean, comfortable and safe. What made the Coho stand out for us was friendly staff available when we needed them, the continental breakfast far exceeded our expectations as far as quality of food provided and cleanliness of the breakfast room and the coffee was great! We especially loved the added touch of a hot water kettle and a basic yet clean coffee press in our room (I don't think any hotel guest trusts using dirty coffee makers any more so this was subtle yet much appreciated upgrade!). The hotel window with the most perfect beach view was amazing and made us excited to get back to our rooms after a long day of exploring Lincoln City. We will be coming back!

The room was a nice size, beautiful balcony with an ocean view, Free breakfast was great because it included eggs, potatoes and meat. Staff kept it well stocked. Would have liked more fresh fruit options other than cubed cantelope and melon. Also loved the fire pit.

At the end there was a discrepancy on the price because our room wasn't the right one and we were assigned a different one supposedly at the same price, so I was glad I checked my receipt before leaving. It was taken care of at the end with no problem.

We are always pleased with our stay at The Coho. Everything is clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast is always fresh. A plus is that you changed the style of eggs you service. Thank you for the scrambled eggs instead of the rubbery folded burnt eggs! :D

Nothing that The Coho can really do about this but there were a couple kids ages around 12 to 14 years old that would come into the pool/jacuzzi area and just make a ruckus, more than normal kids having fun. They would come in and jump into the pool, splashing everyone in there. They were throwing a little rubber ball and were not courteous of the other people in the pool. At one point I had to tell them to calm down. They were running around, going from the hot tub to the pool to the sauna and back and forth. It definitely was not a relaxing time in the pool area.

loved being close to the dog relief area, loved the size of room, very clean,( except the shower needs some recalling in room 17.) loved the fire-pit's! Nice pillows. and great fireplace.

No outlets on the west side of bed in living room . perhaps install new lamps with outlets for phone charging. Beds were a bit too firm, more glasses needed, also, not much you can do about it but, we could hear normal volume talking clearly enough to wake us next door in the very early morning.
