We had a minor issue at check-in, but Eric, the General manager, went above and beyond to make things right. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out. The ocean view from our room was absolutely breathtaking — you could sit and stare for hours. The bed was incredibly comfortable, probably the best sleep we’ve had on our entire road trip from San Diego. There’s a fantastic restaurant just around the corner, and the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. This turned out to be the highlight stay of our journey — peaceful, beautiful, and handled with care. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

The resort is literally right on the ocean, all the staff from the front to housekeeping was sooooo kind we were really impressed by their professionalism and just being nice!! We felt very welcomed. The hotels gift shop stays open 24 hours and has everything you need at a reasonable price! They have beautiful ocean front views from the lobby. The pool and jacuzzi are warm and clean. Georgies restaurant is connected to the resort so you can make reservations or call in room service. Bye Beach is a 10 min walk and all other tourist spots are 6 mins or less driving. We won’t be staying anywhere else here on out.

Room had an old smell to it. It’s really faint but I have a sensitive nose and could smell what could have been old cigarette smoke but honestly after we settled in our perfume smells took over and it wasn’t an issue at all!

The pet welcome bag was lovely. I loved the provided pet towel and sheet to protect the bed. It was very quiet, even though it was Spring Break week and there were a lot of people staying there.

The toilet level got stuck every time I flushed and had to be wiggled or the water would continuously run (and it was very loud). The stairs and long journey to the beach were very difficult for a “beachfront” hotel. There were vines with thorns growing into the gravel area in front of our patio area and my dog kept getting stabbed by them when we went on our walks, especially at night when it was dark and he needed to go out.

We stayed here for our anniversary and it did not disappoint. The staff were exceptional, they provided a sand-filled wine bottle with seashells and a scroll that had a lovely note on where we could find our complimentary bottle of champagne and snack basket. The view was incredible. The room was clean and comfortable. This will be our anniversary spot for years to come.

We don't have a single complaint about our stay. I would recommend it to anyone for any occasion.

Everything, we have had a hard 3 years and went to newport to forget troubles for a bit and the staff helped us so much, and the bed was so comfortable, and the shower amazing, the most gorgeous view, room so clean it smelled like heaven. The parking is great, a few stairs to the beach, the pool is so clean and warm.. Was greeted in the room with yummy snacks. Perfect location and very close to the Aquarium. We will be back, thank you for the wonderful weekend.

Unruled dog down a few doors. Barked a lot. Lady was let the dog run around on longer lead. Dog would run up on guests and almost made me fall. I'm handicapped to the lady to control her dog and was mad at me. She said her dog just likes to greet people. I just lost my service pup of 16 years on Easter, so I do like dogs. It the owners sometimes just do not think.

The property is in an amazing spot the beach is wonderful and calm if you’re bringing kids. The pool and hot tub area looked great although we did not use it. It’s open early and stays open late 7-11 I believe. They have a gift shop which was awesome as we got there later than we planned we were able to by a bottle of champagne and sweatshirt as I forgot to pack them. They delivered glasses for the champagne to our room which was around 11pm. The lady at the front desk who stays over night was amazing very kind and helpful. You can have fires on the beach there was 3 spread out when we got there one a 2 that people left and tried to put out but didn’t go out so we just used theirs. Just moments from downtown and seemed like an awesome restaurant Attached although we are at Clearwater.

The balcony’s don’t go all the way up on the sides so if your neighbor was on theirs it doesn’t create a ton of division. If your sitting you wouldn’t be able to see them but if you were standing you would. The fireplace in our room was a nice plus although it’s not the best kinda like a a stove burner (lol) BUT it did add a nice ambiance and wasn’t much more opposed to a room without one so didn’t regret the upgrade. It’s a nice clean room definitely met expectations just not a super luxurious room but very nice and clean

We loved that the room accommodated our dogs and provided a sweet bag of dog goodies. Being on the ground floor was convenient for taking the dogs for a walk. They view was awesome. It was so nice to sit in the chairs, both inside and out, and watch the ocean. The king bed was very comfortable and the in-room spa tub was just the thing for winding down before bed.

I liked everything, the only thing I would have like would be a hot plate to cook on.

Clean. Great view. Welcome snacks and water. Clear instructions for all things: TV control, coffee, et al. Nice that all toiletries were in multi-use containers so no little plastic tubes of shampoo, rinse and lotion and no wrappers. Recycle wastebasket in room (this seems very unusual but really really nice). And to start everything off, the front desk staff were incredibly nice and communicative. Plus free taffy at front desk.

Very nice view of the ocean. Clean room. The staff called about an hour after I booked the room and asked if they can do anything special to make our stay more enjoyable. I told them it was our anniversary and to our surprise on our arrival we found a cold bottle of champagne in the fridge and a basket with snacks from the local merchants. After our arrival to our room the front desk called and asked if the room was good for us! Excellent customer service is very rare these days .
