The room was clean and quiet, the grounds well manicured and there was a nice area to walk my dog behind the building for pottying purposes. I would stay again!

The pillows could have been softer, but I brought my own just in case, so no worries. Everything else was just fine!

My basic room was roomy and clean, no frills; the staff very helpful and courteous. I appreciated their local restaurant recommendations. I had a lovely dinner at the bar of La Ramba and an exceptional breakfast at the Wildwood Cafe where the hospitality is warm and the french toast is a must. After dinner I walked around Third Street and enjoyed a chat with painter John Stromme, at his downtown art gallery.

From the Evergreen Museum my map app sent us off into a local neighborhood (just past the car dealerships on NE Three Mile Lane) instead of keeping us on the main drag through town. Check the directions before you go.

We stayed twice over the last couple months—both times were great. We first came for our daughters college orientation and it was a bonus that we could bring our dogs. The 2nd time we needed a place to land when the move in date to our new house was delayed and knew this would be the perfect, comfortable place to land after a long day. Not fancy, but clean and the front desk staff was so welcoming and accommodating!!! Walking distance to excellent authentic Mexican food and Starbucks just down the road in the morning. The parking lot is large and even with our uhaul we were able to park easily and safely. We are so thankful and appreciative of McMinnville Inn!

Could use some updating, but was really exactly what we needed especially since everything was very clean.

The best part of the room was it's size: huge and very spacious. The A/C worked very well since we were there during a 95+ degree heatwave. For the money, the room was a good value and conveniently located to what we were doing in McMinnville.

The rooms are in need of some remodeling. The beds and pillows could be more comfortable, a little hard and the bedding a little scratchy. Bring your own pillow if you don't like a spongy feel.

Didn’t know there was a breakfast. No one told us.

My sister was in room 105. The phone didn’t work. I told the desk clerk. Twice. Their response was that the manager was aware of it and was waiting on a technition. I said it was really important that she have a phone because she is handicapped. One clerk said. “Doesn’t she have a cell phone?” I wasn’t happy about it.

It’s a cute area, and the rooms and bathroom are spacious and clean when we arrived. I generally don’t like hotels/motels because they’re cramped, but this one had plenty of space.

The beds are uncomfortable and the upstairs occupants stomped around and were dropping things really early in the morning.

The room was comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the quietness of the hotel. There was plenty of parking and it was close to shops. I was able to relax and do my schoolwork easily.

The internet was a little sketchy in the evening. I wish there would have been breakfast available, or some snacks we could have bought.

Room was great for a one-night stay & the bed was comfortable. The shower was extremely nice- great water pressure and heat!

It was a little outdated and could have been cleaned up a bit more (we noticed a few ants in the bathroom area). For the price, I would have expected the room to be a bit cleaner.

It’s an older motel but everything was so very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and I slept like a rock (something a bit unusual for me. The room amenities were great wit a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, etc. TV was great with extensive selections. Staff is super friendly and professional. It’s very close to the historic downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The grounds were extremely nice and the parking lot was really clean. Nice size room, albeit dated - was just fine for us. There was a big tear in the top cover of the bed on the side. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The front desk was very accommodating and delightful! ❤️

The room was quite musty smelling (123) - once I turned on the heat it was better.
