Excellent customer service. The cleaning staff went above and beyond for my mom. They knew she was handicapped and took extra care to take her garbage when she needed it and check in on her multiple times throughout the week. Front desk staff was also lovely. Rooms were clean and break

The tv kept turning off multiple times for some reason in the middle of the show and then wouldn’t turn back on for a few minutes . But when my mom spoke to staff about it, they ended up refunding one day for her stay so they made it right.

I enjoyed the location, the friendliness of the staff and all the accomodations that came with our stay; pool & free breakfast. The rooms were very clean. Even the bathrooms, most places we go to I feel like we always come across showers not draining or the shower itself feels too small. The bathroom in our room was perfect, the water pressure in the shower was amazing & no flooding! Whenever we go to a hotel, we always try to pick somewhere with a pool because our kids love swimming. The pool at this hotel was perfect! Not too deep, the temperature was perfect and it was clean!!

There was nothing about our stay that we did not like. If I had to say, I didn't like that we didn't get to stay longer!

$222! for one non! accessible! room my daughter is in a wheelchair and they wanted more $ for an accessible room?!! w/2 full beds and no fold out for my 4 yr old son he had to sleep on the chair w/the foot stool! But the attendant did give me a pillow & blanket set for him! Price was the main issue! $222!!! for one night!? It ain't Vegas! Lol! All rooms should be wheelchair accessible!!! 😞

I loved that I was able to get an affordable room with a jacuzzi tub it was very nice and I definitely will be staying again.

The only thing I didn’t like was that unfortunately it is right next door to a sort of halfway house. But I actually didn’t have any bad experiences with it. There is 24 hour customer service so I always felt safe.

Staff was friendly. Our room (413) was on the top floor and looked modern. Heater worked well. Continental breakfast was good with a fair amount of options and a helpful staff.

outside our window about 100 yards away was a signal light that led to an abundance of vehicle noise.

We were beyond impressed with our experience at this Best Western! The breakfast was delicious (bacon and sausage and eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, a variety of cereals, baked goods, a coffee/tea station....). We were so pleasantly surprised by the selection and quality. Additionally, every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond with customer service. Friendly, helpful, warm. We were in town for a wedding and selected this hotel for it's proximity to the venue, but we were thrilled with how pleasant the stay was. Don't hesitate to stay here - you'll be comfortable and well taken care of.

The location was exactly where we needed to be! I enjoyed the pool and the hot tub...the best I have ever been to in a hotel. Breakfast was very good and the ladies that were there were very pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast: It was good. The offering was simple: Scramble eggs, sausage, bacon, waffle, yogurt, fruits, bagel, cereals, muffins Location is okay. A bit closer to the center would be ideal to hangout / have dinner without taking the car Pool, fitness room and hottub was nice and very appreciate after a day outside to relax before going dinner. Room was clean and confortable and silent from the outside.

Breakfast: - there is no dairy options for milk - at 9:30 they were already short in waffle dough, cream cheese (Breakfast close at 10am) for what I noticed - Coffee went fast too and people have to wait for refill multiple times Hottub: Just a hottub jets star that have issue and you have to call the reception for them to rearm the breaker in the mechanical room. Thanks to a young girl that knew the trick when we arrived and let her know.

Maria welcomed us right away! The staff are super friendly and hospitable. The room itself was immaculate and homey. Me and my children enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return again in the future
