Excellent customer service. The cleaning staff went above and beyond for my mom. They knew she was handicapped and took extra care to take her garbage when she needed it and check in on her multiple times throughout the week. Front desk staff was also lovely. Rooms were clean and break

The tv kept turning off multiple times for some reason in the middle of the show and then wouldn’t turn back on for a few minutes . But when my mom spoke to staff about it, they ended up refunding one day for her stay so they made it right.

I enjoyed the location, the friendliness of the staff and all the accomodations that came with our stay; pool & free breakfast. The rooms were very clean. Even the bathrooms, most places we go to I feel like we always come across showers not draining or the shower itself feels too small. The bathroom in our room was perfect, the water pressure in the shower was amazing & no flooding! Whenever we go to a hotel, we always try to pick somewhere with a pool because our kids love swimming. The pool at this hotel was perfect! Not too deep, the temperature was perfect and it was clean!!

There was nothing about our stay that we did not like. If I had to say, I didn't like that we didn't get to stay longer!

$222! for one non! accessible! room my daughter is in a wheelchair and they wanted more $ for an accessible room?!! w/2 full beds and no fold out for my 4 yr old son he had to sleep on the chair w/the foot stool! But the attendant did give me a pillow & blanket set for him! Price was the main issue! $222!!! for one night!? It ain't Vegas! Lol! All rooms should be wheelchair accessible!!! 😞

I loved that I was able to get an affordable room with a jacuzzi tub it was very nice and I definitely will be staying again.

The only thing I didn’t like was that unfortunately it is right next door to a sort of halfway house. But I actually didn’t have any bad experiences with it. There is 24 hour customer service so I always felt safe.

Staff was friendly. Our room (413) was on the top floor and looked modern. Heater worked well. Continental breakfast was good with a fair amount of options and a helpful staff.

outside our window about 100 yards away was a signal light that led to an abundance of vehicle noise.

I loved the large bath towels and a white bedding. Seemed very clean and I slept well which is always a plus.

There was soap residue on the shelf in the bathroom and the breakfast was nothing to brag about. Just a plain motel breakfast.

The location was great for a two day visit with family. Easy to find, very clean, good breakfast options and friendly staff! Close to grocery stores!

Hallways showed some wear and were a bit dated.

The location was exactly where we needed to be! I enjoyed the pool and the hot tub...the best I have ever been to in a hotel. Breakfast was very good and the ladies that were there were very pleasant and helpful.

The breakfast was fine, fresh with good selection. The staff were EXTREMELY helpful in that my husband left an expensive pair of shoes in the room and they shipped them back to us! THANK YOU!
