no breakfast, but that's ok, the place was very pricy for what it was. But it was the only decent place in such a small town. They had newer building we were in the older part of the building. The neighbor's woke us up early we could hear them doing everything including how upset the man was about what? I do not know. Even though the walls were brick we could hear everything. I wish they had put the 3 different customers far away from each other. We woke them up early the day we left, I'm sure that bothered them next door. Otherwise the place was decent, but too much money. Nearly $400 for 2 nights

What a sweet little place and nice little town. The flowers were beautiful and it was immaculate! Such a friendly owner and no complaints at all.

The ac fan did make a noise when shutting off.

Friendly staff. We stayed 3 nights. Each day, while we were out, the room was freshened and supplied with clean towels. Quiet and comfortable.

Room was updated. Beds comfy. Shower very good! Laundry was great. Ice plentiful. Great location. Lots of flowers around property! Very nice touch.

No out door patio area.

Perfect stay for the weekend while visiting Lewis Creek Park. Nothing super fancy just a very comfortable stay in a small town. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Away from the busy main road. Flowers were beautiful and I loved the rotating sign. I will be back again.

Everything. I stay here each time I am in the area. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, the owners/staff are extremely friendly and make me feel welcome.

There was state-wide mask mandate when we stayed; however, the receptionist and two others (who seemed to be there for maintenance or something) were not wearing masks. When I asked about it, the receptionist told me that they didn't need to wear them because their county is very safe (not true). When I said that the governor had made masks mandatory indoors, she laughed and said they are a small town and didn't get their news fast (this was several days after the mandate had gone into affect).
