Me , my husband and 2 pups were traveling and only stayed one night but the staff was awesome. The woman at the front desk moved our room to the first floor near the side exit so it would be more convenient to take our dogs out . The room was clean and comfortable!

The cleanliness of the facility, The friendliness of all the staff, Full size bathroom. And the hot breakfast. They even had an indoor pool.

That we didn't get to enjoy the pool due to our limited time.

Loved the coffee and juice being available 24/7. The front desk staff was always so friendly and the housekeeping crew always had nice things to say when you passed them in the hall

I was sad for my daughter that the pool was closed. The rest of our crew was 10 miles away at another hotel but we booked here because of the pool. I was disappointed that I gave up time I could have spent with family had we just stayed there.

Location and staff worked very well for this trip to escape the potential effects of Idalia. The pillows were nice, the sheets and towels clean.

The remote for the TV did not work. I used buttons on the side of the TV, so that was ok by me. I use a 65" TV, so the 32" TV was disappointing.

The room overall was very good. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

We checked in around 10:30pm. The young lady on duty was not very friendly at all. I don’t know if it was because she was tired or what but she could have been more courteous and professional. We were there for only 1 night and when we checked out the next morning she was still on duty and in my opinion her demeanor had not changed at all. She never smiled or said thanks for staying with us or anything. She just took my my key card and walked away.

It was clean and Renee front desk clerk was the best!!

That it was a little older and outdated and the sheets felt funny!!

My stay was amazing! I definitely will stay here again the next time I visit SC. The staff was so accommodating and pleasant.

They didn’t have towels one morning and the pool was extremely cold.

Location was a little sketchy, but the facility was great and the people were good and also friendly.
